Recipe 1:
2 cups flour (280 gr / 10 oz).
1/4 cup sugar (60 gr / 2 oz).
A pinch of salt.
90 gr / 3 oz cold butter.
2 egg yolks.
Save the egg whites for later.
Shape of 20 cm / 8 inches approximately.
Grease with butter.
Baking paper.
3 apples.
Juice of 1 lemon.
3 tablespoons sugar (60 gr / 2 oz).
Cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
2 protein.
1/4 cup sugar (60 gr / 2 oz).
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Beat until you get this texture, about 5-6 minutes.
2 tablespoons cornstarch (30 gr/ 1 oz).
Bake at 180 C / 355 F for 45 minutes.

Skin of 1 lemon.
800 ml milk (27 fl oz).
Heat the milk without boiling for 5 minutes and allow to cool to room temperature.
2 eggs.
120 g sugar (4.2 ounces).
70 g cornstarch (2.5 oz).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
1 sheet of puff pastry weighing 250 grams (8.8 oz).
23 x 15 cm (9 x 6 inches) shape approximately.
Bake at 180 C (356 F) for 15-18 minutes.
250 g mascarpone cream cheese (8.8 oz).
450 g peaches in syrup (16 oz).
2 tablespoons cornstarch.
100 ml water (3.5 fl oz).
70 grams of sugar (2.5 ounces).
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
