Let me explain what happened for me. First I updated, and after update i lost my old profile then i searched for this video and i opened this video then i've done 2-3 steps but i forgot the password😁 so I clicked forgot or cant see your password then they gave an option to restart .Then it took 4-5 mins after that restart i got my old profile😐😐😐🔥🔥

@@homistan6851 You need to use a windows pe disk, boot into it and from here you can acces the command prompt, and try to create the users folder, public folder, and more. Also dont edit files in X:
If you didnt delete the windows recovery partition, enter in windows recovery, try to enter the cmd, then write there sfc /scannow, it fixes the system files as far i know

If you didnt delete the sfc command, enter to cmd in uac mode then use sfc /scannow

just get a usb drive which has windows installed and plug it in power on your pc you will be at the setup
then just install windows make sure you click custom install and then press on your C drive partition and format it

In that case, you need to reset the password. You can find plenty of tutorials on TH-cam on how to do just that.

I got the idea, i try to copy "user folder" from other pc/laptop in my case laptop, and using safe mode or DLCboot or... to paste in to broken/error pc..
