I love making the cuticle sidewalls and tips thinner , as acrylic can make the tips shrink 🤍

Love watching you. I’m trying to learn to lay acrylic on press on nails. Cause I was only doing gel. Acrylic is kinda hard for me.

In my mind, press-ons made with acrylics seem difficult to apply…😅are they difficult to apply?

Thank you my love ❤️ and yes they used to be before I started doing the area near the cuticle a lot thinner. If the press ons feel like they’re too tight for your nails after adding the acrylic then that just means that that area has too much acrylic built up on it and it then will shrink. So it really depends on your application. After applying the acrylic a lot more thin there they haven’t given me any issues applying them. Also sticky nails tabs are good for press ons with no glue but they aren’t going to be as strong and durable as glue so I always advise people to use glue and to also prep the nails really well before putting them on. But of course if there’s allergies or other concerns with glue the sticky tabs still work but prep is always the essential key to keeping them on for a good amount of time.
