MONKEY CAKE TOPPER using gum paste or polymer clay

- How to make a gum paste monkey figure to use as a cake topper, you could also use polymer clay if you do not want your model to be edible. If you use fondant to make your monkey figure, you could add tylose powder to make it set harder. Fondant figure modelling.
