    NEEDED this! This flow is playful indeed, but strong and challenging for such a great workout. I feel more at peace and grounded after this. The meditation minutes at the end were so beautiful and MUCH needed. Very releasing physically, mentally, and emotionally. Thank you so much, Tana! 🙏💖

    Tana I loved this flow and the way it challenged me to focus on smooth, controlled transitions. I appreciate the creative twist and back bend sequences. Just as I am beginning to feel that warm and liquid power in myself it’s over…so I feel greedy to ask but my request is maybe just 10-15 minutes more of flow and movement before we go into meditation…? Anyway I’m grateful as always for this beautiful start to the morning! 🧘🏻‍♀️ ☀️🌸💕

    I can’t tell you how much these sessions have helped me!     Loved this flow. Perfect for a Sunday before studying. Transitions that required me to concentrate but slow and purposeful enough that I could feel out the best position. I’ll do it again in a few days because those twisted hamstring stretches are hard! Exactly what I needed though. My lower back feels great. Thank you, as always, Tana 🦩
