tell me one thing since you seem to have understood. Where do I see ticket size? And why does increasing ticket size and yet MWPL contraction indicates Short Covering? Short Covering is either BUY call where sell call (shorts) were there or Sell Put where Buy PUT(short) were there MWPL contraction means closing of positions. What is the relation?
Ticket size per trade was explained in the tutorial video on MWPL. It is the number of lots traded divided by number of transactions on that counter. This data is updated in real time on all full feature trading terminals. Any secondary school student should be able to manage the division function on a calculator. If all buyers are equaling sellers, perhaps you would be so kind enough to explain why prices don't go absolutely sideways? Does the snap quote window which I have explained in more than one video not show the order flow in bull or bear direction? Do the bid/offer spreads, incremental costs and spread quadrants not mean anything to a knowledgeable trader? The MWPL, TST, churn ratios are pieces of the jigsaw puzzle that complete the entire picture thats all.

Pratyush when you divide the number of lots (or shares in spot segment) traded by number of transactions initiated, you get the TST which shows the qualitative aspect of buying interest. Please do not mind. Even after watching every day most of what you say goes over my head. Unfortunately I think there is no video in your channel teaching us all that you say. Your channel is the one and only channel I have asked questions because of this reason. Though you have replied to my basic questions, I feel you will not reply to the more important ones. It is a pity because you seem to be making these videos to help small timers and yet nothing is clear. Must be my own brains as from comments it seems everybody understands.
Frankly I find your comment abrasive. My videos are specifically made for traders who have a basic understanding of statistical trading methods. I am targeting a niche groups of prop trading co CEOs so we can get together to get ready before overseas trading desks come to India. Incidently these videos are also viewed by retail traders whose understanding of the subject maybe limited. That neither invalidates the studies nor cast doubts on the presenter of these studies. I feel you should work on developing an understanding of screen reading, charting, statistical methods etc before commenting here. Alternately you can rely on other channels etc who present ideas in a format that is more suitable to your requirements. All the best for your trades.
