I weigh 215lbs., 6’-4” and my wife is around 160lbs., 5’-9”. 🤫 We are side and back sleepers and we have had the luxury firm bed for over 2 years and we love it.
We had the nest bed and it was too soft and sent it back.

I have this bed in Luxury Firm. I’ve had it for a little over 2 years and it’s going strong! Love it and anyone that’s tried my bed talks about how luxurious and comfy it feels. I did trade mine from the soft, which was a plush dream, but was too soft for my back. Luxury firm is fantastic no back problems and I get fantastic support and sleep! I love my wink bed :)

Is this Luxury Firm an adjustable mattress?

It works on an adjustable base yes, just looks a little funky if you’re not on it

Did I miss the part where you said what it’s made of?? You talked about the construction but not the actual material they use to make this mattress besides foam and coil but that’s not telling me what it’s made out of…

Everyone raves about this mattress but virtually no one has pointed out that it doesn't even have carrying straps which is ridiculous when u consider the cost and the sheer weight of this thing -- 145 pounds in a KING. It's almost like serving food without utensils..

    Does anyone have this winkbed?.

I’ve had the Winkbed luxury firm (queen) for about two years and absolutely love it. I’ve probably said, “I love this bed!”, just about every single day. I’ve had back issues for years- chronic lumbar strain, a compression fracture and now a pinched femoral nerve. This bed is *unbelievably* comfortable. No pressure points in any position, the pillow top is a dream, side support is perfect and the entire bed itself is very supportive. The best bed I’ve ever slept on. Upgrading to a king size today and keeping the queen for the guest bedroom. Love it! 💜

Great review as always. Unfortunately this bed absolutely destroyed my back for a couple months and the stitching was coming apart and looked very rushed. Will never recommend this bed to anyone. Tried both the luxury firm and softer but returned both.

I don't know what mattress you got but the one I received was a piece of garbage that collapsed shortly after it arrived. Unfortunately winkbeds, does not live up to it's guarantee. Wirecutter should be ashamed that they endorsed them. Absolutely the last time I trust them.

If you're looking for a firmer bed, looks elsewhere. I purchased the firmest model they have which is the 'plus' and it just didn't hold up to our expectations. My husband and I are not heavy set or plus size by any means. I'm 5'1 and a good 135lbs, my husband is 6'1 and just under 200lbs. This bed started to show indentation in just under a year and that's with us rotating it as recommended. Spent just under $2000 on this bed and it just didn't work. Gonna save up some money and look into a tempurpedic mattress instead . Done with mattresses from a box

So you bought a mattress that wasn't designed for you and were disappointed?
      Huh....weird.

@@river.1985 based off of previous experience with from-a-box mattresses, I purchased a mattress that should’ve met and exceeded my needs. This mattress was designed for heavy set people, we aren’t that. If this mattress couldn’t hold up with us at average weight, why would it hold up for anyone heavier as it claims to? I think you need to watch the video, read my initial comment then try to connect the dots again. Thanks!

I disagree. I have the luxury firm and I’m 5 ft 3 inches and 170 and I found it too firm and debated returning it.They sent me a free memory foam topper and that did the trick. I also have a slew of back problems resulting in spinal fusion. I love the bed and wouldn’t trade it now. The customer service was excellent and they would do whatever I wanted to make me happy.

Same happened with us, we tried the luxury firm then the firmer model also. The firmer wasn't even made evenly and didn't fit the box spring. It never adjusted itself. I'm 5'1 also and under 140lbs.

Oh hell no I was thinking about buying another one and you put all that stupid memory foam in. Model just had coils and then coils on top of coils and one very thin memory foam around the lower back.
No way in hell I would buy this new one with all that memory foam.
    Memory foam beds are trash.
Also putting different layers of memory foam on top of memory foam is just plum stupid and it's just a gimmick to make people think it's good.
You could melt and mix all of the memory foam layers together and it would be the same exact thing as stacking one layer on top of another. A stupid way to trick people.
This layer is the foundation, this layer is the cooling layer, this layer is the comfort layer😂😂😂 perhaps you could just blind them all together and it's the same thing.
Not only that but memory foam beds are heavy as heck, the wink bed I have now is extremely easy to rotate it.
Not so with all that additional memory foam.
Back to the way they were making them before and I'll buy another one.

I hear you about the foam. Coils are the way to go but hard to find...Did you wind up finding the coil bed you hoped to find?
