How can we say or consider that it is already a literature. Thank u for your reply sir.
How is it okay to say that no researcher has done a review/research on the subject when it is almost impossible to see all the available literature on the topic during the initial literature search? just wondering

That's fine if indeed after exhausting all the possibilities and we cannot really fine literature for that topic.
