An alternate for weight in the can could be colored sand . . . and I also use small mesh bags to lessen the mess for both . . . Dollar Tree party section

How can you just make bouquet I really don’t like the can part
You make it look so easy..Im looking to add flowers in middle as well or outside. I wanted to try to make a handle instead of a can do you have any suggestions....By the way your video is only a small rectangle not full screen..
