Hi there Manpreet and Harpreet! How are you guys doing? I am a final year Diploma student. My subject is Computer Science. I am planning to apply for jobs in Bengalore after completion of above mentioned degree, and work there for 3 - 4 years, since then I would have acquired some work experience. Then I would like to apply for PR in Canada. Now here are my questions.
1) Is this possible to do so?
2) Do I need to have job offer before applying for PR?
3) If I do get a job in Canada, Can I do B-Tech there while working?
4) I have driving experience, if I can't find a job there, can I work as truck driver?

Yes, it is possible but no one can know the guidelines 3-4 years down the line.
2) Do I need to have job offer before applying for PR?
Job offer is not required in express entry. But if you look for PNP, BC requires job offer. Again, after 3-4 years government might come up with new set of rules.
3) If I do get a job in Canada, Can I do B-Tech there while working?
Yes, you can study while working. it all depends on your working hours and employer.
4) I have driving experience, if I can't find a job there, can I work as truck driver?
For trucking, you need to apply for a license here. Indian license would not help you in trucking.

Offer letter
Relieving letter (if you resign from previous job)
Payslips
Reference letter (format available online), it should have your working hours, salary, date of joining and most importantly job duties. It should be on a letter head (if that option is not available, please ask your manager to sign it and mention their contact details and employee ID.

1 year HR experience is not appropriate.
You might get a PNP from Atlantic province or you can apply for AIP. I would highly suggest that do your due diligence. Look up on government website and check which pathway is appropriate for you.
BC required job offer
Manitoba requires: connection, study or job offer
Alberta draws are not transparent
Saskatchewan cut would be high for you
Ontario cut will be high
Quebec demands french

As of right now, I am unmarried. Is it possible to apply for direct PR? Can I apply for direct PR if I have a different work experience that is not related to my course?

Mera naam Sandhya hain aur hum Mauritius island se hain joki mini India ke naam se bhi Jaana jata hain. My husband applied for immigration last Dec 2022 and we got selected for the Express entry in July 2023 in the French Category. We also got our ITA. While we were waiting for our email for the Biometrics, which we got but the same day a bit later we got another email telling us that our application has been rejected as our police certificate in our application was not up to date
It had reached its expiry.
We have started from zero the next day itself. It's so hard... can you pls guide us a bit about the documents we have to submit so that no mistakes happen this time...plssss!!! We need your help
You will need to submit 2 PCCs. Indian and Mauritius one.
PCC is valid for 6 months.
Rest I believe all your documents were good to go, that is why they mentioned PCC only.

Hello Guys, How much money do we need to show in our bank account after we get the invitation or during the process whenever they ask. Also, is there a minimum duration to keep the amount in our bank like 6 months, etc? or we can arrange the amount anytime during the process. It was due to covid. IELTS exam was late. Backlog was also one of the reasons.
How much of gift deed is acceptable for proof of funds??
There is no such fixed amount
But 10lakhs as gift deed would of course be too much i believe

It is very hard to guess the timeline.
Could be nine or less than that.

hlw brother, I have one question regarding wes .. printed form of wes is downloaded from site.so how should that form be sent to west either it is attached with transcript inside envelope or it will be sent outside of envelope along with transcript plz guide?
Your university/college has to send the transcript.
So the transcript will be sealed in an envelope and it will be sent to WES in the courier envelope with wes form

Hi, just wanna know that we have to upload our Manitoba province nomination certificate in our express profile or it will be already uploaded/ update there.
When you receive the nomination letter, it will be reflected on your express profile as well and you will see an option to accept or decline the offer.
As soon as you accept, 600 points will be added.

We got LAA in dec 23 last week -full application done in feb 1st week - supporter form submission done and mail confirmation to supporter came in aPril 1st week - yet VERIFICATION CALL has not come ...... now question i have is mt express entry has expired in may 24 . - please guide - do i have to re create with new GC key -as old i mnot able to modify - pleaseeeee help
IRCC might send you an email with further steps.

Do you apply work permit after getting PNP nomination only or you can only go to canada after getting PR?
If you have PNP, you can directly apply for PR. And you have all the working rights on PR status.

IELTS : 15k (approx)
WES : 15k (approx)
Medical : 7-10k (approx)
PCC : 500
Processing fee : 1500 CAD (approx)
Agent fee : starts from 100,000 INR. (we didn’t pay anyone so we do not have much idea)

Next step is that you will get the nomination and then next step would be receiving ITA via express PNP draw.
Then you start with submitting documents for PR application.
I cannot predict the timeline but i remember in my case i received LAA on 27 July 2021, nomination on 1 march 2022, ITA on 2 march 2022, RFV mail in January 2023.
Manitoba's govt giving priority to the inland applicants (swm) with expiring work permit rather than skilled worker overseas (SWO) Do anyone have idea about this ? Is this also a reson of delaying process for SWO?
I have read that the process is on hold for overseas applications.
I dont know the exact reason for that.

If I can married after getting nomination certificate from province then will province recalculate my score and hold the nomination and my 600 points or it will not effect and I will get 600 points then I can get married and my recalculated score will suffice even after adding spouse because of 600 points
After getting 600 points, your points will not be recalculated for that particular province
But points for express entry (after getting ITA) will be recalculated. If you get AOR, and then you get married, your points will not be recalculated

For MPNP, eligibility criteria is that you should have a connection with province, which can be: study, job offer or relative.
In your case it took approx 5 months to receive nomination after submission of documents after letter of interest. Has this timeline reduced in current times or does it still take this long?
My file took 5 months, but there were people who received nomination in 2-3 months
So no one can predict the timeline.
But I can say, IRC still has a huge backlog

You are talking about 2 different pathways here.
PNP is different from Express entry.
You can apply for express entry. If you think your score if not upto the mark, you can apply for PNP.

For Ontario PNP, please check your score and then check what is the recent trend for the score.
Answering your second question, if you get PNP from Manitoba, you can apply for PR from India.
What you think about students from other provinces and have to deduct 200 points and get below 600 points
There is nothing to think.
It depends on their file and other factors, like job in manitoba, relatives etc. Also, they can apply for express entry CEC if they have Canadian experience. So there are multiple factors

Calculate your score as per the grid and check if it is above the threshold. After your study, start working in Manitoba and 6 months later you will be eligible for Manitoba PNP and will be considered under Skilled Worker in Manitoba.

Rejection depends on various factors. Fraud documents is above all.
Check your CRS score, get an ITA from express entry or via provincial nomination and submit your documents, it is that simple. Only wait time is high.

MPNP has a point grid of 1000 points which is separate from Express CRS.

Your nomination gets attached to you express entry profile.
You can apply for PNP directly and with 600 points, you will be eligible for express entry later.

Adaptability to province in case or MPNP is mandatory. It can be your supporter (brother, sister, cousin, friend), study or job offer.

the experience has to lie in NOC B.
If they are not giving experience letter, please use denial email and explain the situation in your letter of explanation and an affidavit explaining your role and duties and get it signed from your manager, team lead or any one from management and also paste their employee ID card.

Predicting timeline is very difficult but you can consider it around 11-12 months

You can apply for PR if you have all the documents with you.
you will have to select a pathway and check if you can get a PR. Check previous draws to determine your possibility

Or you can check score of your wife and if she is scoring better, she can be primary applicant.

As per the grid, you are correct, but when you apply for your PR, you will get the actual idea for the points.
