The biggest twist of Valor's Kids was that it wasn't made by some 40-year-old man having a midlife crisis, but an 11-13 year-old-girl, that's seriously impressive. That's a bigger creative achievement than I think anything I've ever done, that's for sure.
this is beautiful. im glad we have people like mecha giving an honest exposé to films like these, as opposed to just blithely pointing out that something is bad
I have to agree with you, considering the creator's age and the resources that would likely be available to them this is actually a really impressive project in terms of its scope. Considering how many 'artsy' indie animators make features that aren't much better executed than this as adults I would hope that this is just the start of their work in film/animation and that they continue to express themselves creatively.
several aspects of this reminded me of demon's souls before he even made the nexus joke, i guess it just hits some of the same buttons in my subconscious
First Mecha gets David Lynch on the podcast and now he's just casually calling Mark Kermode for a quick chat? And that inside information on the Kennedy assassination? All very suspicious if you ask me.
That battle sequence at the 7 minute mark was unreal, amazing proof of how ahead of the curve Valor's was compared to most conventional 3DCG battle animation at the time.
I don't get how your vids will make me laugh through a thick veil of depression but professionally produced, high-budget comedy series and movies will literally just make me worse, let alone make me laugh.
Yet again another review where the item in question is not rated or quantified. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT TO THINK IF YOU DON'T PUT A NUMBER AT THE END MECHA?!?!?!
The ending was genuinely quite touching. Great episode! (Also, was that drawing of JFK's supposed assassin a mash-up of Oswald and Tom from Father Ted?
Where is The Infinite Review #12?? What’s the craic? Coincidence #11 was the Hellfire Club? What was reviewed? Were you naughty about something Owen or is this some otherworldly shit? Or purely a clerical error ya eejit?! I have to know or I will not rest...........at least for an hour or so.
Knowing that it was made by an 11yo girl actually makes it quite impressive...
No!
@@OnlySubhumansWorkAtTH-cam Yeah...not really.
It's really good, she should stick with it! I mean, this is my first time making a youtube comment

honestly impressed with the voice acting considering the rest of the production
This video is an excellent addition to the "MCU" (The Mechagamezilla Cinematic Universe)

*_20,000 REASONS THAT VALORS KIDS FAILED TO IGNITE THE BOX OFFICE. YOU WON'T BELIEVE REASON 17,231!!!_*
This is....surprisingly well voice-acted....

This is like those Ugandan action movies. They're bad, but you can't help but love em and wish the creators only the best
Considering at age 11 most struggle to understand basic algebra, Kai Mariah creating a full-length animated film is a tremendous accomplishment.
Poor Valor, being captured by Caesars' Legionnaires, lucky he didn't get strung up to a cross.
I didn't know I needed to see your fingers in 1440p but apparently I did
I wonder what the film was that featured a lava monster and still managed to make a grown man openly weep
probs moana tbh
Kermode confirming that he continues to be a cool dude

Tiny dancing Sean at the end was my favourite part

This animation reminds me of Xavier, Renegade Angel but... on accident.
"Made me properly cry" -Mark Kermode
Hope this kid is continuing to make art.
This is like a lost episode of Xavier Renegade Angel
This is the kind of quality content I pay you for. Keep it up kid, one day you'll be on the big desk.
"Why have you attacked us?" Is what I say whenever Mecha graces us with another video.
Yet again another review where the item in question is not rated or quantified. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT TO THINK IF YOU DON'T PUT A NUMBER AT THE END MECHA?!?!?!
The gran turismo 2 soundtrack in the background ha
*Brushes dandruff off shoulders*
You've outdone yourself, Mecha
THE BOYS GOT STYLE
The video kinda dragged but then that ending made it all worth it
There's Gran Turismo 2 music and Mark Kermode in this one, has it all.
Still no israel palestine conflict review...
5:20 high five that... wrist, forearm?
HBO really increased the CG budget since series seven.
This is simply amazing.
What a film!, really loved your verdict
Milk is Minnesota's state beverage. Valor's Kids is our state film.
Oscar winner confirmed
The ending was genuinely quite touching. Great episode! (Also, was that drawing of JFK's supposed assassin a mash-up of Oswald and Tom from Father Ted?
Damn you really got the Voice of: Film critic Mark Kermode on?
I'm pretty sure 9:34 is just a poorly edited screenshot from Warhammer online
Why did this appear in my sub box 3 weeks late
The cinematic equivalent if pulling teeth
As great as this is, i hope it doesnt become the next meme movie
Valor gets to hug his dead wife and she tells him "That's plenty" hahahaha
that kid's got style!
This animation is very good
2nd Life: The Motion Picture
is that the gran turismo 2 ost i'm hearing?
It's more likely than you'd think
Great review as always
"Second Life: Story Mode"?
"Same"
Thumbs up for Gran Turismo PS1 tune
is that the ogre from fucking limbo of the lost?
THE KIIIIIING OF LIMBOOOOOO

Better than anything Alex Kurtzman has written
Mecha, you have to blur out that drawing, it looks too much like HW Bush.
Same.
Overwatch porn has come a long way now.
When will it end?
When will it end?
