Don't forget darius E gives him armor pen and he has thread the needle. All crits are pretty much actually true damage.

E second on Veigar is usually a lot better. W just gains base damage but even at level 1 it has a 100% ap ratio. Maxing E lowers the cooldown on it dramatically.

I don't know if it's good or not that IE is a mythic now. Would be insane even on casters, but I'm pretty sure gauntlet would be extremely broken.
