Peak movie. As someone who hasn't read the manga, I didn't feel like any material was missing, and I imagine that's a good thing. All the emotions are there.
You could probably do a better job than that Guardian article going in blind for First Slam Dunk and Seed Freedom. 😅 I've definitely heard in particular the editing in this movie was fantastic, something i'll be paying close attention to as an editor.
