That was a great video listening to two highly intelligent and talented women questioning and answering a number of garden and related questions in that rapid and thoughtful way that we have come to expect from Bunny and Sarah. Next summer I would love to visit Sarah’s garden in Kent (my birth county). I loved the respect each has for the other and the thoughtful pauses in the conversational flow. Evie.
This was such a great interview. Thanks so much for producing it. Love the tip about salvias and roses. And the encouragement about companion planting. Thank you to both of you.
Really enjoyed this interview. Thanks. Really appreciated the breadth & depth of questions and answers from how personal relationships feed into gardens, to ground conditions of the land. Sarah has an intimate understanding of her garden and landscape which was fascinating to hear
Such an enjoyable and informative video. Thank you both for sharing your knowledge with us. The strength of companion planting; salvias; and alliums -- a lot to go on. Thank you.
Found the information and insight to planning and placing so valuable. Getting anxious to be working outside, here in Alberta, Canada, we still have snow and ice.
Great interview. Regarding box caterpillar- my cousin in Germany ‘trained’ her sparrows to eat them. They originally ignored them, but by mixing some caterpillars with mealworms she got them to realise the caterpillars are edible, and her sparrow population has been increasing and getting fat ever since…
@xyzllii The box caterpillars turn into box moths and can destroy the whole plant, eating the leaves and even the bark. The box moths are considered invasive pests. ☹️
She has been doing a weekly podcast for several years, covering lots of different subjects. You can find the link at the bottom of her web page. Its easy listening, if you want to do something else at the same time.
Well they're both pretty successful people aren't they so it's not a huge surprise - and this property is Sarah's business as well as her home. Anyway, what an odd question to ask. You don't go up to people in real life and quiz them on how they afford their home or car or holiday.
@@leopaddy3535 Obnoxious! Just because she makes a comment you don’t agree with. How intolerant. You’d fit in well in the People’s Republic of China - a nice authoritarian state.
That was a powerful interview by two ladies at the top of their profession. Fantastic! Thank you both!
My two favourite gardening women! Please make it a series - I'd love to see you both walking around each other's gardens this summer.

My two favorite gardeners together!what a treat❤
I admire so much that Sarah Raven is totally organic in her gardening practices using homemade compost and a lot of cow manure to control weeds!
Great interview, I love these two ladies

Wonderful discussion, thanks for sharing! Sarah Raven has unfortunately stopped posting videos, she is difficult to find in Europe.

Yes I miss Sarah's videos, maybe Bunny can persuade her to post again!
Thank you for this interview.
I have had a terrible time with rose replant disease. Could you do an updated video of what is working at the moment?
Thank you
I don't think salvias, pellies or allium have the slightest effect on blackspot.
Just curious why you think this way. They have seen success in practice.
Worked for me!
Definitely worked for me
How do you guys afford these massive properties? Are we going to call it "hard word" too just for fun?

@@zoewhite7705 shut up and stop acting smart, youre not.
Good grief. The guest can’t get a word in edgewise.
I think there is a delay so it seems like they are talking at the same time. Why be rude?
Obnoxious people make rude comments because they think it makes them look superior.Quite the opposite is the reality though.

Interviewer should let guest finish what she has to say..
Constant interruptions from mrs Guinness..
Quite right will button it in future! 🐇

Keep your questions brief and then let your poor guest answer Bunny. It was an interesting , if at times painful to watch and listen, interview
