I love this! I can't believe I didn't think of it... Thank you for sharing! I've been wanting to do my own stamps but didn't have the clear stamps to do the actual ink stamping on top of them. So what did I do? What we all do... I ran straight to Amazon lol. Spent $7 on a stupid little stamp set when I could have just made my own. Oh well - I'm going to make some now anyway 😂.

Haha it was a fun mess! 😂 I have some papers like yours, and it's a good idea to make mail stamps because they are so small. I've also bought craft foam but i think it's too fluffy and i don't know if it will work to make stamps :(
