    Ingredients :
    2 tbsp - Cornstarch
    ½ cup - Water
    ½ tbsp - Butter
    2 - Cloves
    1 - Bay Leaf
    1 tsp - Chopped Green Chili
    1 tbsp - Finely Chopped Ginger
    1 tbsp - Finely Chopped Garlic
    ¼ cup - Finely Chopped Onion
    ¼ cup - Finely Chopped Green Beans
    ¼ cup - Finely Chopped Carrots
    ¼ cup - Green Peas
    ½ cup - Finely Chopped Cabbage
    ¼ cup - Sweet Corn
    ¼ cup - Finely Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    3 cup - Water (Vegetable Stock)
    ½ tsp - Sugar (Optional)
    ½ tsp - Salt
    ½ tsp - Crushed Black pepper
    1 tbsp - Lemon Juice
    ½ tsp - Red Chili Flakes
    2 tbsp - Chopped Green Scallion Onion
    2 tbsp - Chopped Coriander Leaves
    Directions :
    In a small bowl add 2 tbsp cornstarch
    Add ½ cup water
    Mix well keep it aside
    In a medium heated pot add ½ tbsp butter
    Add 2 cloves
    Add 1 bay leaf
    Add 1 tsp chopped green chili
    Add 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
    Add 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
    Saute for few seconds
    Add ¼ cup finely chopped onion
    Saute for 2 minutes
    Add ¼ cup finely chopped green beans
    Add ¼ cup finely chopped carrots
    Add ¼ cup green peas
    Add ¼ cup finely chopped cabbage
    Add ¼ cup sweet corn
    Add ¼ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
    Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes
    Add 3 cup water or vegetable stock
    Add ½ tsp sugar (optional)
    Add ½ tsp salt
    Mix well
    Simmer on medium heat
    Pour the cornflour slurry
    Mix well and stirring constantly until it turns slightly thick
    Add ½ tsp crushed black pepper
    Add 1 tbsp lemon juice
    Add ½ tsp red chili flakes
    Mix well and let the soup simmer
    Add 2 tbsp chopped green scallion onion
    Add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
    Mix well
    Remove the Vegetable soup in a bowl
    Vegetable Soup is ready to serve
