Please, would love to hear more. I've heard a few docs who actually make fun of those claiming to suffer from Long Cov. This made me cry because these symptoms are not just in my head....I'm in my 7th month. Unvaxxed. I have listened to your videos and implemented some fasting for autophagy. Up to 19/5. Going for longer gradually, slowly, due to weakness. Haven't worked since Feb.
I thank you for doing this...you encourage and inspire me to not give up!

@yourstruly Show me your source. I find vegans to be mostly unhealthy and wildly unbalanced. Animal proteins are essential to cellular health. When you're starving, you're not going to forage for sustenance. Your teeth tell you everything you need to know about how/what to eat. We're not primates.

    • @cjb8993
      @cjb8993 2 ปีที่แล้ว

@yourstruly I'm not vaxxed, because I found compelling (and obvious) reasons through research and the fact that I'm a medical professional. But you tout feelings, with zero substance expecting people to believe in your theory, while common sense i.e. your teeth, say you should eat meat. Your cells, muscle, hair, nails, eyes and cellular health say eat meat. I'm a 50 y/o male who can run the mile in under 6 minutes, clean and jerk over my body weight and deadlift 2X my body weight. I eat meat routinely and all of my peers that I workout with eat meat not once a day but multiple times a day, and we're competitive athletes. NONE of the competitive or relevant athletes I know are gazelles looking for berries in the forest. We're easily healthier than those that forage for their meals. I haven't been to an MD in 20 years and take zero meds. Don't worry, in the end, I'll eat you first. Because like you, the animal proteins I enjoy are vegan too🤣

I got Covid-19 in may this year, I took almost a month to get back to normal, I help my body during the infection by drinking tons of liquids, especially hot líquidos as teas, also I did 3 to 4 times a day gargle with salt, and clear my sinus really well because I was so congested but getting rid of mucus and drinking a lot of water to flush the virus quickly help me a lot

After her booster shot in Jan 2022, she could not anymore attend her karate lessons because she could not either last long or just exhausted in a handful of minutes.

I have gone abroad and thankfully found some experimental ways to heal. I’m much better, but I still have a long way to go. Having to pay all out of pocket, not being able to work, is brutal!
What I do know is we have to heal in many areas, believe viral load is active and needs “killing off”. We need to change diet, autophagy, mitochondria, mast cell activation, immune system, detox etc. it’s very difficult, complex, but I believe doable. I experienced this the first one in 2020 I had shortness of breath for six months and exhaustion for four months, then I got Delta a year and week later it was a month and a half and my main symptom lasted three months so half the time. These last ones were even shorter duration, it was only one symptom that lasted the longest each time though so it's a very interesting sickness. I feel my body getting better each time I have it and I am one of those people who will probably get every variant that comes along since I have had most of them so far. I have been getting out in the sun everyday and it seems to be helping and keeping up with all the vitamins, water, good food, and rest are very important till its done and garlic cloves two to three times a day and silver too. I hope this helps and thanks for sharing you're experience we can make it through these crazy times and we can learn from each other so keep sharing and many blessings!

@@heatherlavender8236 It sounds like you have suffered more than me and I'm glad things have improved for you.
My ongoing symptoms were more annoying than debilitating. I run and cycle and everytime I did this, I suffered a covid hangover the next day. I had to lower the intensity of my exercise for a while and gradually build back up. This was back in March. Over the Summer things have improved and I've been cycling alot which has helped and I'm back to normal now. It would have been useful to read accounts similar to mine but everything seemed to be about long covid carrying on and on.

@@ingtoningtonington149 Thanks I appreciate you're answering me back I am totally better except for an altered smell, slight cough, and sinus issues, but I am finally negative test a week ago so I am grateful for that. I also am thinking I got most of them in bathrooms so if I have to go I use a paper towel to the door and use my foot to leave it open while I throw the paper towel away and I am thinking that is working. Like I said I will probably keep getting new ones, but it will run out of places to land since they have landed pretty much everywhere now! I could always be able to exercise so I didn't have the heartbeat go fast on me and I am glad you got over you're situation. It seems like we have to force ourselves to do what is hard for us with this virus and sooner or later it works out of the system? Doctor ,I contacted COVID probably delta variant in April 21. I had the virus attack in my GIT. I had persistent diarrhoea for 8 to 9 days. Lost 15 kgs in first 40 days. Then gained back weight after six to eight months. Took covaxin ( attenuated virus based ) two doses ,I am from India.
Felt I have recovered but suddenly now in May June 2022. Had a few bouts of viral diarrhoea. Felt sort of same symptoms returning. With in three months had three to four similar bouts and now feel weakness and despondency and sometimes brain fog and memory lapse.
Suspect something off. What should I do.
    Regards from India

I think they rather pick up S1 proteins from transfected/infected cells, keeping the immune response running. This chronic state is probably very complex and includes both autoimmunity and direct harm (by the virus or vaccine - spikes)

Antibody dependent enhancement. Antibodies bind spike protein to monocytes through CD16 receptor, infecting the cells and potentially causing pyroptosis, which is when cell releases a large amount of cytokines before dying, triggering a hyper inflammatory response. This was from a lecture about ADE seen in covid patients a few months back. You can find it on this channel.

@@kim.in.nature. have you watched dr. Been and dr. Marik discuss the importance of stimulating autophagy for defeating Long Covid?
For that they have 3 suggestions:
      1) start practicing intermittent fasting where you only eat during a period of 2 to 6 hours of the day, say from 4pm to 8pm and you don't consume any calories before or after that. You cam drink water of course in the fasting period.
      2) get Spermidine from diet... look up foods high in Spermidine - wheat germ is the best, pistachios, grapefruit and mushrooms.
      3) Resveratrol from a supplement.. it's found in grape skin, but you're looking for 500mg twice a day (most supplements are considerably lower, per dose, so research it.
There are also many protocols for Long Covid like hyperbaric chamber therapy, pine needle tea (white pine), etc.

Ive beed a pist covid long hauler since jan 2020 and suspect that each exposure to the virus that i have had since seems to act to stimulate my immune systen to do a system wide scan and then further chases the katent partickes of virus, further out of my systen. Each exposure that has caused a flare (milder with each consecutive one) has afterward, further and noticably improved my post covid symptoms.
Maybe thats why they keep pushing the shots?

One of my customers had ongoing lung congestion from COVID. He was taking oxygen to help with his breathing. I had heard that IV helped for LC as well as COVID. I just happened to have some IV on hand, and asked if he wanted to try some. I gave him 4x 12 mb tabs. Within a week he was off the supplemental oxygen, and in about two weeks, he said he was feeling maybe 80-90%. It took him about a month to feel somewhat normal, but he didn't have anymore IV. He attributed his recovery to the IV. Anecdotal I know, but I had also seen two others recover quickly from C (Delta) after the same 4 tabs. I am not a doctor.

@@ScoochieR they all had covid before death but they did not all die from Covid. The Covid they had in some cases was way back over a year I believe. Yet in all cases they all had remnants of the virus throughout there body. (I may be getting some facts incorrect) but this was the gist and he did a video on this. It suggests that atleast for people who were not well for one reason or another all seemed to harbor the virus long after they had it. Dr. Bean was concerned or atleast questioned if this means it may be in some or even in many cases can be sitting in organs (not causing inflammation enough to have an immune response ) therefore the immune system doesn’t know it’s there to take care of it. However it could be causing slow damage to the organs. This was the concern anyway.

Public ally the we found is seeming precognitive in my observing. So another idea of lab science melting point, wax..relating chitin ,parasite carrying possibly said substitute of reactive growth tissue. The study was as plastics were said carbon polluting..the RNA or DNA of hardshell or water life has study implying both the cells releasing for skins , body's and breaking as snake digesting in some appearances...
