How safe would you say buying and eating berries from supermarkets is? I've heard it's not safe to eat berries and raw vegetables in Thailand, well what about if you buy them from supermarkets? Are they still safe to eat?
Every time i go to Thailand i get sick from food poisoning know i eat only on Clean restaurants, but the problem is that they are expensive and I have no problem with my travel budget.

Would you recommend eating the skin of some fruits in Thailand and would this put someone at more risk of getting sick ?
