Wouldn't we ALL like to have Lynne Edwards be our personal quilt instructor? I know I sure would. She did such a great job in teaching us how to use this ruler so that this block is not at all intimidating to make. She had so many wonderful tips that can also be applied in making other blocks and quilting in general. This lady has really got it together; I'll bet she's got people waiting in line to get quilt lessons from her. I'm going to do a search now and see if she's got more videos or instructions available for those of us on this side of the ocean (US). Thanks, Lynne - I so appreciated your lovely teaching style with so many helpful details and your easy to listen to voice.

Thank you for a very good tutorial wit the Creative Grids Ruler. Byt you show us a finished blok, and then you show us the finished product, and it is not put together of the block you showed, as one center block chare both the long diamond as the little square. What is better to go by the block you showed us and make the finished with those blocks ot try to figure out how many of each segment we need. How will the result be wenn quilted ig we take more segments in

Great storm at sea instruction video! idk if I want the ruler or if I would do a half diamond like she's suggesting; but, overall, well done.
