Thanks Luke nice vid, look forward to seeing your table idea in the future! Glad the AR worked for you. I did another version version recently but intentionally scaled the kits wrong, as if they were real buildings. Some cool entries in people’s own cities.
Big fan of these. The Infinity Labs series is just perfect for modern or near future skirmishes in urban settings that are not (yet) bombarded to rubble.
I love these buildings! If I remember correctly, hes an actual architect so all of these are actually viabale as buildings! 12/10, some of the best buildings you could get.
1) Clean the MDF before removing from the sprue. Use a woodworking tack cloth or Swiffer sheet to remove the wood dust/resin residue. 2) Use actual wood glue instead of PVA white glue. 3) Seal with wood sealant before priming. Wood sealant is available inexpensively at DIY home improvement stores and specialty woodworking stores. Comes both in cans (same as latex paint or varnish) to brush-on and in spray cans.
I'm working on 6mm - 15mm terrain at the moment, some really great designs that can literally suit any game (and multiple scales!!!!) from those scales: Battletech, Epic 40k, Team Yankee, 6mm cold war etc!
These look good. I like to use wood glue with MDF, wood glue being a PVA type glue, but probably the best glue there is for doing its intended purpose. a dot of CA glue in each corner can provide a quick hold while the pva dries for the real bond.
Painting on the sprue doesn’t always work, some MDF stuff is a very precise fit and if you spray on the sprue you have to spend ages sanding all the joints before you assemble! Always dry fit a few pieces first to check before you paint.
Would love to see some fantasy ruins in this bigger scale, have been playing a lot of Mordheim recently and better terrain really makes all the difference
Im glad to hear! Knights of Dice are great too, I had a bunch of stuff but lost when I moved. Obviously that’s fine now as I will have too much terrain soon haha
Nice, found Brutal Cities just before finding this video, great things to hear with proper sized buildings and the internal detail options really interest me for a Die Hard themed board.
This is my problem. Brutal Cities are one of a few more cyberpunky terrain suppliers I'd lobe to buy from but shipping and customs effectively doubles the price. I really wish there was a UK stockist
Welcome to what it feels like actually been a gamer in ASStralia everything excluding our luck with BP Laser, Brutal Cities & Knights of Dice we pay absolutely through the nose for everything. Between the AUD been weak in conversion, regional pricing (GW!) shipping fees & availablity it can be a nightmare what things can come in price wise.
Glad you liked them! Yes the tax and shipping are not ideal, but if you okay multiple games I think the kits are great value - for instance, if you okay modern games, cyberpunk settings, sci-fi and 40k you can use it for all thematically. But you can’t use 40k terrain for those other settings (well to a degree you can but gothic ruins gets boring and out of place fast! And as Luke mentioned If you can get the free shipping threshold you save $150+ easily!
I'd been looking at this but the price was putting me off. I did look into the AR app but it was only iPhone and I'm an Android man so I had no real idea of the size (tape measures don't cut it when you are talking spatial stuff), so thanks so much for this. My only issue now is do I have space to store it. You are knocking it out of the park at the moment with your videos and if you are at UK Games Expo, I'll buy you a pint (or a Yorkshire Tea) Cheers.
I havent seen the rulebook yet but it seems interesting to drop a load on those tall buildings and play 2000AD Judge Dredd block wars with actual block towers to fight in and expand could be hella fun.
They look great - slight issue for me though is that bigger buildings mean bigger storage problems. Would love to see some kind of set that breaks down into layers to store inside each other like a Russian doll…
really nice esthetics, seems cool for wargaming stores or clubs, but probably naff for joe schmo... does make wanna bash out a few diy buildings with shoe boxes, sandwich paper and Christmas lights tho 🤔

MISS YOU LUKE

Really wish I could find your products in Canada
Can’t say how long Iv been looking for BRUTALISM designed terrain
Big fan of these. The Infinity Labs series is just perfect for modern or near future skirmishes in urban settings that are not (yet) bombarded to rubble.
Good to hear about Shadowrun!
I love these buildings! If I remember correctly, hes an actual architect so all of these are actually viabale as buildings! 12/10, some of the best buildings you could get.
your right, the prices are a bit too high. If they were perhaps 20% cheaper i would seriously consider these for my next table
I love the look of Brutal Cities. Not surprising they've got an architecture background.
Glad you do thanks :)
Brutalist architecture (steel, concrete, cement, etc) come to life when painted with crappy cans. Free texture. Comes to life.
That's why it's so easy and quick to paint!
1) Clean the MDF before removing from the sprue. Use a woodworking tack cloth or Swiffer sheet to remove the wood dust/resin residue.
2) Use actual wood glue instead of PVA white glue.

I have already succumbed to procuring some of these amazing buildings, they are fantastic!
These look good.

I love how you can actually put models inside the buildings....new to MDF terrain, great idea to paint on sprue!
Painting on the sprue doesn’t always work, some MDF stuff is a very precise fit and if you spray on the sprue you have to spend ages sanding all the joints before you assemble! Always dry fit a few pieces first to check before you paint.
Those shots at the end with the LEDs and the smoke are beautiful.
Would love to see some fantasy ruins in this bigger scale, have been playing a lot of Mordheim recently and better terrain really makes all the difference
There's a set of walls that can be mounted with crenellations, for a medieval feel.
TTCombat has a number of fantasy-minded ruins that are quite cheap and big!
I like their stuff for MCP, I have a mix of brutal cities and knights of dice. Both Aussie made
Im glad to hear! Knights of Dice are great too, I had a bunch of stuff but lost when I moved. Obviously that’s fine now as I will have too much terrain soon haha
PVA Or Woodglue for sure, our clubs MDF glued with superglue falls apart often
I’d love to play Killwager on a board like this!!! The terrain looks so good
Good timing on this. Been eyeing Brutal Cities for my infinity board. This is clearly a better use of my rent money.
Nice, found Brutal Cities just before finding this video, great things to hear with proper sized buildings and the internal detail options really interest me for a Die Hard themed board.
I’ve bought a few kits fromBrutal cities. They are excellent. I just wish there was a UK stockist as the postage and tax is massive
the duty and tax doubled the price when i bought some.
This is my problem. Brutal Cities are one of a few more cyberpunky terrain suppliers I'd lobe to buy from but shipping and customs effectively doubles the price. I really wish there was a UK stockist
Same here mate, it's putting me off buying

Mega as always! catch you at NML.
I'm dying for a fantasy themed brutalist terrain!
Looks like good stuff man!
Nicely done Luke
I love their terrain but it's a tad expensive for some MDF terrain
I havent seen the rulebook yet but it seems interesting to drop a load on those tall buildings and play 2000AD Judge Dredd block wars with actual block towers to fight in and expand could be hella fun.
It looks perfect for Titanfall 2 Angel City diorama
That looks quality 👍🏻
Might want to take a look at Gangs of the Undercity. It's a wargame set in a shadowrun esc world.
And some other companies make shadowrun style stl files
So you made sheffield then?
They look great - slight issue for me though is that bigger buildings mean bigger storage problems. Would love to see some kind of set that breaks down into layers to store inside each other like a Russian doll…
They’ve got some Trapper Biotech stuff that nests like that. And the… eternity labs as well
really helpful advice to not get paint in the crevasses!
Awesome for judge dredd but too expensive imo
Good timing - as my more modest BC order landed today. It's beautiful ugly stuff!
really nice esthetics, seems cool for wargaming stores or clubs, but probably naff for joe schmo... does make wanna bash out a few diy buildings with shoe boxes, sandwich paper and Christmas lights tho 🤔
They're epic but also frickin' expensive
They're nice. They're not £250+ nice for a board, I'm afraid.
You've still got a few mdf terrain makers closer, though (including Warmill, who are UK based).
good vid
not a fan of the ghosting effect on the timelapse sections. quite distracting from the build imo
really nice esthetics, seems cool for wargaming stores or clubs, but probably naff for joe schmo...
