What really matters is everyday driving , most automotive journalists only focus on handling, which isn’t realistic for everyday stop and go commutes .
I got the F sport 3 ML system is great. Had a down payment on a RDX first until I changed it up after testing both so glad I took my time on pulling the trigger
The new NX is starting to grow on me. Seeing a lot of these on the road lately. Exterior design is A+ and looks amazing on the roads. Interior there is too much piano black plastic and the front passanger dash needs some stitching. I'd go with the NX 350 Hybrid + Luxury pacakge.
Really excited. I ordered a 2024 NX hybrid 350! Got the luxury with all the extras ..Even got the dealership to get one in Cadium Orange. They had to go to the factory and request this discontinued color
Hey Kevin please get a GS-F in for a video review! Would really enjoy a comparison to your LC500. UK GS F-Sport driver here, always enjoy your content 👍
Can somebody tell me if the HUD display shows info about the blind spots. The car dealer wasn't able to confirm, and the video I found wasn't clear. Thanks!
@@macoy321 39MPG combined is the main selling point. And 0-60 is 7.1 seconds. For some people like my wife, this is fast enough. We just put a deposit on one, wait is about 3-6 months in the SF Bay Area here.
Just have to disagree a little with you on door button . The electronic door button is so sweet - it feels so good - love your reviews - I just have to say that I love your reviews . Keep up the good work .
Just bought a 2024 nx350 and love the handling and interior BUT CON…small fuel tank at 14.3 and poor mileage at 24/28…300 miles on a tank of premium gas ….would be better with 16 gallon tank
Well said Kevin the piano black has to go, come on Lexus please fix this next refresh! Agreed also on the electronic door, that's just so over engineered and only serves to push up the price, it should be a stand alone option at least. Also, no ML on the plug-in is such a deal breaker.
Yea my friend I couldn’t believe their excuse for not including the ML with the NX 450h, they said it was for “weight savings” perhaps there’s more to the story but a $60k+ lexus should absolutley come with the ML Audio
Disagreed with you said about the pros regarding the quietness of the new 2.4L turbo inline 4-cylinder engine. it indeed screws up the original logic of Lexus cars in terms of jeopardizing the expected quietness, smoothness and riding. The NHV can't compare to its predecessor equipped with V6 engine.
The previous NX does not even come with a V6, so how is that comparable? The new RX comes with the same Engine and yes the 4 cylinder is noiser than the previous generation RX350.
@@jml9550 Your last statement has clearly said... 4 cylinder is noiser than the previous generation. Noted I used to drive Lexus GS350 equipped with V6 NA engine and also jumped on my friend's GS200t equipped with 4-cylinder turbo engine. GS200t is much noiser and rougher than my GS350.
@@GiantMaster I am complete acknowledge the fact that 4 cylinder is noisier and not as refined as the V6. My wife had a RX350 and I have a ES350, so we know these V6 are a gem. Unfortunately due to emissions standard manufacturers are going to turbo 4, like Lexus, Mecerdes, BMWs and Audis. Even the midrange sedan and SUVs are utilizing 4 cylinder now.
I really don't understand why I cannot get the upgraded audio system with the 450h. Spending an extra penny on gas to have a primum sound is worth it to me. Lexus should offer it as an option. Ok, claim best in class for fuel efficiency as a base model but still include the options for those who want them. 🙄
Problem with the GV70 is people will use your same logic and call it a glorified Santa Fe with PVC plastic seats and anemic performance. We should all just buy Bugattis and be done with it… but then a Bugatti ends up being a glorified Golf 🤔
There’s always going to be mockers and scoffers no matter what a person buys. People will distort reality beyond recognition to justify their choices & perspectives. Fascinating to read tho
I own the 2023 GV70 2.5T sport Prestige and it’s not that great, after 9k I want to trade it for the new 2024 NX 350h, materials look higher quality, includes HUD and reliability.

Great video Kevin. Always super informative stuff man. From South Africa
Thanks so much Brian!
Got one Sunday after watching your video and testing it myself. Picked it over an is350 which surprised me because I never saw myself in an suv.
Massive congrats my friend yea I really enjoyed this NX F sport it’s a great SUV
What color did you go with
How does the 10 speaker audio of the 2022/23 model compare to the 2021? I have the 2021 and don’t want a downgrade going to the 22/23
Sounds great as well, the mark levinson system is loud and clear, to loud if you ask me.
Great review Kevin, the ML Audio is so worth the money.
So true my friend it’s a massive upgrade
Really excited. I ordered a 2024 NX hybrid 350! Got the luxury with all the extras ..Even got the dealership to get one in Cadium Orange. They had to go to the factory and request this discontinued color
Wow that is awesome my friend massive congrats on your order and for getting Cadmium Orange! Truly a beautiful color, enjoy!
I think the worst part is the super unleaded fuel you don't really get good gas mileage and when you have to replace those tires is Thousands
Got my NX350h F Sport about 11 months ago. Very happy very good car
Unfortunately the F Sport Hybrid is not offered in the US.
I want to trade my 2023 Genesis GV70 2.5T Sport Prestige for the NX350h but I can’t find one with the colors that I want
how do you compare the NX350 to the CX5 signature trim and do the higher cost justifies the differences if a luxury badge is not important ?
I think CX5 is actually a bit quieter and refined but NX handles better
I would buy a CX5 if they offer an hybrid. But they don’t. We got the NX350H instead.

So since they don’t make the GS anymore the press fleets don’t carry used cars so unfortunately I can’t ever get one for you on the channel
Is it true that if you want to change a SiriusXm channel from, say, 100 to 200 you have to manually push a digital button 100 times?
Can somebody tell me if the HUD display shows info about the blind spots. The car dealer wasn't able to confirm, and the video I found wasn't clear. Thanks!
Why no spare tyre?
Everyone wants the 350h Hybrid 👍
Why not the regular 350? Isn’t 350h slower?

At best !
I'm driving a lifted four-door Wrangler so anything over 16 mpg is a win
How is the headroom in the second row?
Great video! BTW how about the noise on highway comparing to Acura RDX
Does the F sport have the larger nastier frontend compared to a non F sport? Good review.
Yes.
Nice vid as always, wonder why the ML doesnt come in the 450h?
Lexus Australia apparently claimed it was for “weight saving” purposes on the 450h models

Have you actually tried this vehicle with the turbo 4 or are you just assuming it’s loud because it’s not a V6?

The bottom door panel has hard touch plastic😢 is a con in my opinion
Better get ready to shell out 6 figures then for some soft plastic doors
Just bought one with the ML audio. Love it so far. Definitely wasn't gonna buy it unless it had the ML. The 10 speaker base system suckkkks
