I read in the comments on Neisse for another TH-cam video was that the Poles did the same thing with damaged buildings as in Breslau, the bricks were sent to Warsaw to help rebuild that city. I do not know if this is, in fact, true, but it seems very possible. The Red Army did terrible destruction to this beautiful city only 6 weeks before the end of the war. Just remember many of the views you see in this video are now communist cement monstrosities. The Poles did rebuild a few historic buildings, but there was no Marshall plan here as in what became West Germany. What a sad loss of a once beautiful place in German Silesia.
Just watched a historia video in Polish which appeared on TH-cam about Nysa. I do not speak any Polish, but this video is clearly about the bricks of damaged and destroyed buildings in what had been Neisse being sent to Warsaw.
