Great idea. But it's busy now so the customer service standards have take a severe nose dive. I used to buy a baguette, drink and croissant everyday for lunch. Now that the staff have long faces and no please or thank you's, I've stopped going there. Will never go back. There are other places to buy lunch. I'm talking about the Earl's Court Road branch. Pret a Manger needs to retrain staff on politeness and customer service.

I work, I have side earnings, I eat lunch at lunchtime, I buy lunch at Prets, I stopped buying from them, I go elsewhere. Quite simple really. Firstly, apparently to eat at Prets, you have to be loade, secondly, it's a joke like McDonald's.

@@christbo4782 when you work full time and have side earnings, Pret a Manger works out only a few pounds more than McDonald's.
