m.dmg bonus can't increase heal, just m.atk can increase heal
this is what i know also.. only MATK that can increase heal..
. I make new char. Rush upgrade weapon +60 refine +3. Need 4 day for make it. If p2w. Sure +100 easy. Mining fishing smelting.

I agree with paul boh, my character is lvl 51 priest in sea server and magic damage bonus didnt affect heal amount, try it for yourself

Im guessing TW server is not big in banning people using macros. Since from their skill placement he can use ME and sactuary even if there is no enemy.

you can cast me & sanctuary even there's no enemy around. priest can even cast it anywhere even inside city/town.

Why does he use lvl 50 white shield instead of other lvl?
I think for the stat
Magic attack and final mgc for increase healing
And also mgc dmg bunos can't boost healing
