How do you maintain it at 60 fps? I keep having fps drops although I can reach 60fps. I have a gaming laptop with RTX 2060, 16GB of RAM and Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz. I can't seem to figure out how to fix that problem. I am currently using Steam's latest version (Complete Edition - EFLC). I've also tweaked settings on my NVIDIA control panel for GTA IV. Any suggestions? I've installed all mods on that guide you've linked.
