I agree I read both lotr and Harry Potter and Lotr is superior in several ways. I find it sad that more people recognize Harry Potter Than Lord of the Rings.

I think Lord of The Rings is better but it’s to a more specific audience whereas Harry Potter can appeal to multiple because of its content
I have all of them. When 2012 came around, it was my destiny to collect them all. I did think they should have made one finally wave for LOTR including characters like Faramir, Eowyn, the Witch King, Gondor soldiers, and other minifigures. Such a shame they ended it the way they did, as well as not finishing the Hobbit video game. That was a huge let done. I love the sets though. I have them on shelves in my room.
Its a crime that they didnt make a minas tirith set with Faramir and some gondor soldiers. Also kinda bad that they had Bard in the battle of the five armies set instead of Bolg.
I remember being younger and finding the instructions for the shelob set, sitting down one evening and building it out of my already existing lego pieces

I loved this theme back when I collected Lego, I had all of the Hobbit sets and all of the LOTR sets aside from 2 (the orc forge and pirate ship), I still have the vast majority still built but now boxed up in storage, I think my favourite set of all time is still Bag End
I was given weathertop, helms deep, mines of moria, the spider sets, golem ridling, gandalf arives, helms deep extension, and some smaller battle packs
I own almost all of the sets and the bag end set is still to this day my favorite lego set of all time this video also brought back memories from the old days when I just started collecting lego lotr and hobbit sets :,)

You should’ve made the pics stay longer you could’ve easily done that and you should’ve showed minifigures separately and spoke about them would’ve made for such a better video this is lazy in my opinion

Uruki Army is the best if you have helms deep, it goes with that set.
