Hey everyone! 👋 I just wanted to say that I know I didn’t do a great job getting rid of things. 🤦🏼♀️ But... I tried and will reevaluate my collection at the end of the year. I do cycle through my palettes weekly. I use a random generator to choose a palette almost daily unless I already know what I want to use, so that’s good. Alas, I know there are still too many not getting love in my collection. I will work on it! The first step is admitting you have a problem! 😉 Also, sorry if this is too loud in some places. It’s so easy to just buy them (especially since, like you said, they’re constantly being released), but realistically how often will each of them actually get used? I’m on a low buy right now. If it’s something I really, really want, I’ll get it, but I’m not going to buy everything like I used to. 😂

Exactly! 👏 Neons would have been amazing considering a neon pink font was used for the cover. I would have screamed with delight if I opened it only to find a bunch of bright, beautiful neons. The palette just doesn’t make sense. 50 Shades of Beige. 🙄🤣💕

You’re not weird at all. I understand not wanting to let them go. I had a hard time coming to grips with myself about it. It’s ok to keep things that make you happy. But if you feel like you should let some go, start small with your decluttering so that it doesn’t feel too overwhelming or like you’re giving up too much at one time. @@rosalindrambo8507 absolutely you can! I had no idea what it was until two years ago myself. ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. ASMR is an extremely relaxing and pleasant form of paresthesia, which is an abnormal sensation of the skin due to no apparent physical cause. Basically, ASMR creates a tingling sensation that typically begins at the scalp and moves down the nape of the neck and spine. This sensation has been found to induce feelings of extreme relaxation and calmness. It’s often used to soothe stress and anxiety and has been found to be quite effective in helping people sleep. There are many different “triggers” and they all effect people differently. Whispering, tapping, and speaking softly are some of the most effective triggers.
