Egg Fried Rice quick and homemade | எளிய முட்டை ஃபிரைட்ரைஸ் செய்முறை

Hello Everyone! Today my main ingredients are Egg and White Rice. Let's see how to make simple egg fried rice at home. This will serve one person and you can double the quantties according to number people you. It is very easy to make for single person and there is no need to buy from outside. We shall quickly look into the ingredients and get started.
Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice
1 bowl precooked rice with salt added
2 Egg
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 onion chopped
1 chilly chopped
1 handful of spring onion
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of soya sauce
Oil for cooking

1 கிண்ணம் உப்பு சேர்த்து சமைத்த சாதம்
2 முட்டை
4 பூண்டு நறுக்கியது
1 வெங்காயம் நறுக்கியது
1 மிளகாய் நறுக்கியது
1 கைப்பிடி வெங்காயத்தாள்
1 தேக்கரண்டி கருப்பு மிளகு தூள்
1/2 தேக்கரண்டி உப்பு
1 தேக்கரண்டி சோயா சாஸ்
சமையலுக்கு எண்ணெய்
