So many manipulations. Tribut was payed to Holy Roman emperor by all German states, not only Bohemia and it was definately not fight between Germans and czech speaking Czechs (there were also german speaking Czechs). And Václav and Heinrich der Fogelfänger became friends and partners later. Also Cyril and Methodius came to Great Moravia after and not befor Frankish missionaries, they were not even in Bohemia. So Bohemia was copmletely since begining using western ritus and latin alphabet (there was only one monastery in Bohemia where there were writing particulary in cyrilic and old slavic language). Its also absolutely not prooved that Václav was murdered by his brother Boleslav, its just a legend. And by the way Svatý Václav has nothing to do with orthodox churche. Its standard to manipulate and lie in orthodox churche?

Thank you for your comment. Let’s clarify some points to better understand them within the context of historical and church facts.
1.Saint Wenceslas in the Orthodox calendar: Saint Wenceslas is indeed venerated in the Orthodox Church. Although he lived in a region where the Latin rite predominated, he is commemorated by Orthodox Christians, as are many Western saints who lived before the Great Schism of 1054. Orthodox believers honor Wenceslas as a martyr for the faith, and he is included in the Orthodox saints' calendar, especially in countries that have historical ties with Bohemia and Moravia.
      2. Friendship with Henry the Fowler: You are correct that there was a period of cooperation between Wenceslas and Henry. However, it’s important to note that their relationship began with conflict. The siege of Prague and Wenceslas' subsequent recognition of suzerainty could be seen as a political compromise, though this does not exclude the possibility of later friendship and partnership.
3.Cyril and Methodius: Regarding the mission of Saints Cyril and Methodius, they indeed arrived in Great Moravia after Frankish missionaries. However, their role in the Christianization of the Slavic peoples, including parts of Moravia and southern Bohemia, is undeniable. They introduced worship in the Slavic language, created the Glagolitic alphabet, and their contribution to Christianity in the region is honored and recognized by the Orthodox Church.
4.Western rite: Yes, the Latin rite predominated in Bohemia, and many churches used the Latin alphabet. However, there were still places where Old Church Slavonic was used, especially in monasteries that maintained the traditions of Cyril and Methodius.
5.Death of Wenceslas: Historical data regarding the death of Wenceslas may be incomplete, and some details remain uncertain. Nonetheless, in both Orthodox and Catholic tradition, his death is considered a martyrdom and has become a symbol of his faithfulness to Christianity.
In this way, the Orthodox Church does not distort facts but recognizes the historical legacy of Saint Wenceslas, just as other Christian denominations do.
