I feel like everyone in the comments saying they love these kits but don't have friends to give them to should all become friends and then we could all give each other these kits 😜
Edit: it's been nearly 4 years and some of the people I met from making this comment and then a group chat have been my friends for this long. Some I would say are my closest friends, despite being on the other side of the world. I'm grateful for Jordan who brought us all together 💕
@Kamz Hale honestly I'd be so down for this too, I don't have many friends! I've been ill for a few years with chronic fatigue and most of my friends have kind of dropped out of my life (basically just stopped talking to me). I love giving gifts so much (and having friends to give them too lol) and I love art so much so I wish I had friends who would appreciate this stuff too!
We could organize us with a facebook group and make little presents for each other, get inspired and maybe even find pen pals - I'm trading artist trading cards in facebook groups and it works well 😊

This is exactly was I was looking for! My brother really likes to paint and is trying to improve his skills.
A set of small canvas and other supplies would make a great gift for him.
I know he would appreciate the gift even more knowing I assembled it myself just for him.

Cool ideas. A book of forever stamps would have been a welcome addition to the pen pal kit. A small watercolor pad would be good for the paint kit.

This video really makes me want to find a crafts penpal. It's such a nice idea to be able to send such a thoughtful gift to someone who would really appreciate it, plus you never know when you'll brighten someone's day with the smallest of gestures. If there is anyone out there who is interested in becoming penpals, I'm Lu and It would be lovely to do this for someone ❤️
Wrapping the embroidery floss around the tags is cute but it also makes it so much easier to use the floss so 10/10

Oof! I love these, buy as minimal and beautiful as they are, they can get a bit expensive if you're unable to purchase these. With that said, you could always purchase slightly cheaper items or do what fits your budget. I think these are great to gift a friend or yourself! 11/10!
I’m very grateful to have two very special friends in my life who would love this! (including the celestial diys) We actually haven’t exchanged gifts yet we don’t really get to see each other that often. I’ve been wracking my brain what to get them. This is an amazing idea ! I think I will make some "bullet journal kit" ! It also gives me a lot of kit idea like : a makeup kit, a spa kit (with mask, body wash...etc), a book lover kit (with like book, bookmark, quotes, a little lamp to stick on pages)... etc ! This will be really random but when you placed out the embroidery kit materials onto the table the sunlight was so pretty it made me feel nostalgic feelings and memories back from my childhood. I have a lot of sunny, nice, warm, peaceful and happy memories from when i was in elementary school and that scene in the video made me feel those moments again :)

I actually gave my friend a customized journal kit some months ago for her birthday !! She really loved it. If you do this i recommend adding somr personalization (i personally had her pick a color/theme and also customized the cover of the journal). I inlcuded pens, markers, aesthetic pictures, washi tape, stickers, etc.
