I'm unfamiliar with this game so I genuinely thought the game had a time loop from watching this fandub lol

All the other fandubs for sonic are also very funny and provide context for the callbacks they make in each video after sa2.
I love that they brought over the “Charlemagne Bee” bit from Sonic Destruction
I mean, Sonic had guns before, but only for Tails. His plane/jet has guns, missiles and lasers.
Of course, if you mean realistic guns, then nobody has those.

Silver the Hedgehog plays the game Shadow the Hedgehog on the PS2, except when he controls Shadow, he’s controlling the *actual* Shadow in real life.
And then, even *later* in the story, it is revealed that Silver is also physically Shadow the Hedgehog.
TL;DR Shadow the Hedgehog (AKA Silver) can control Shadow the Hedgehog (AKA himself) by playing Shadow the Hedgehog (AKA the game).

The single funniest part of the dub for me, the Devil’s rant and whatnot are amazing but Alfred having to scramble back and forth from “THEY’RE YOURS MY FRIEND” to Eggman dropping a bomb out of his pocket to him dying violently in an explosion and everyone reacting to it is genuinely hilarious. No one knew what to do there and it was excellent.
I love it when the gags are based on prior knowledge. The “incident” and at least a tenth of Jet’s dialogue are golden examples.
Not sure if I quite processed/remembered the "*laughs* you're gonna die" at 38:32 before now
