What a fantastic experience for these kids....Thank your parents for their insight into sending you here....You have all made your parents, school and country very very proud....Brilliant!!!!!
From 1:55 I see what looks like High School students practicing a traditional Irish dance, and I just wanted to say to any of them who may ever read this comment. "It brings joyful moisture to the eyes of a one eighth Irish person, who can't even understand the traditional language, to see that the traditional things are not dyeing out." So please don't ever let yourself feel that it is silly or a waste of time to practice such things. They are not relics of the past, but rather "Strong Heart Beats of Your Ethic Survival." In this modern world.
This is hilarious. I remember the utter trauma people went through at the end of irish college nearly thirty years ago and nothing has changed. really lovely video re the intensity of being a teen. I can hardly remember anyone that was there in my time but out all seemed so important
I went to Colaiste Uisce which was like 3 mins down the road from there! When we past it we thought it was completely empty! Would love to go to this one! Know the place well enough!? X
Comhghairdeas le gach duine a raibh baint acu leis an amhrán seo agus leis an fhís álainn idir scoláirí agus fhoireann, chuirfeadh sé ola ar a do chroí.
well as you can see it is not dying in Ireland, a mhac. You will have a better chance at celebrating your culture when you are independent, roll on 2016
