I just got a 4 year old used gen 2 lancer tactical do you think it’s worth it to upgrade really or should I just save up wait to get a newer better gun
@@morlkar9115 In my opinion you either spend some extra money on upgrading your internals to a high speed SSG, or gut out the gearbox and convert it to an HPA. Both can be expensive. Lancer parts are pretty cheap and not super high quality and gen 2 is missing some nice to haves. But doesn’t stop you from upgrading for sure. But it would cost you regardless either upgrading or saving for a new gun. If it’s that old and potentially beat up, I personally wouldn’t upgrade it and would instead purchase a longer lasting and upgradable gun.
@@michaelsoto4156 If an SSG is made well, shimmed, lubed and has good quality parts, it’ll last a long time. DSGs tho not so much hahah. It’s all got its pros and cons. HPAs if you’re using it a lot ofc it’ll need maintenance as wlel

Potentially, but if you’re playing outdoors in the cold it might be a little difficult. But they are super fun indeed!
