Start the year with occasional start but if he thrives let him loose i think hes ready . Glad hes extended now instead of if he plays well having to give him more while wild have money next off-season need it to improve the roster or really to pay kirill if he wants to stay anyways . 2 rookies making the team is fun even if they wont play major roles day 1 good to not be forced to play mid vets when they inevitably struggle

Goalies are such a crap-shoot and typically take the longest to develop. I'd love to see 10+ starts for Jesper without throwing him to the wolves, and go from there. Be really selective with his opponents. He's only 21 and 2024-25 is a throw-away season, so there is no need to rush it, but he does need to get games........

My prediction is wally balls out forcing the wild to trade one of the other goalies at the deadline to let him start more often

Not always, Wyatt Johnston has played a ton for Dallas on his ELC. It just depends on the player, team and development path.
