You are such a nice lady and leader. That business doesn't work unless everyone works it. Sorry to hear about back pain from one of the team members. I was talking to Pete from a few acres farm. They are like you family farm with about the same amount of viewers and if you could do something together I think you both could get a big jump in your viewers. Pete has talked about doing silage but he doesn't like the idea of the plastics that holds it. They say if you put it on a hard service it can be reused or recycle it. They should be able to make bags from something biodegradable or reusable. That might be a good idea to do together and maybe brainstorming session to get new ideas and grow your Viewers. Maybe a show on how inflation is effecting the costs and pricings on your farm and overall business. Take care. Great show. Neal

Hey Matt if you have never tried seeing an acupuncturist I highly recommend if after the adjustments you feel a lot better and everything like that will not adjustments but after the treatment but there's a few things tell him before you leave because he can't read your mind or body. And I highly recommend a chiropractor if you don't like the chiropractor that you see and change cuz I saw a chiropractor for like 20 years and then I changed and thank you Jesus that I did not every chiropractor is the same I have a friend who pretty much her chin was to her left shoulder and now her chin is pretty much 3/4 of a way straight. And that was just from two months of treatment. Also go see your boys at the CBD area on that farm and get yourself at least 500 mg of CBD and rub that and stretch. Good luck buddy I have faith in what I said because I have lupus and my body can get very stiff and sore as if I hurt myself and I'll tell you the herbs that they gave me have helped my legs and my hands and my lower back. So stretch stretch stretch and also if you don't want to do CBD try arnica. I use this stuff called zim's from Walmart it's a nice hot it's the best

Just as a thought, I bet a lot of potential farmers would like to know how you all make the division of finances work. I know you might not want to share that, and it is none of anyone's business, but it might help other families to keep their farm in the family for five generations instead of it being split up and sold when mom and dad die. That seems to be the Achille's heel of most family farms, is how to keep everyone happy and prospering and working together. It looks to me as though everyone has their own living quarters around the property and isn't paying rent, so that is a probably a big help. Grammy and Mom cooking for everyone and having a share in the veggies also probably cuts the need for cash. I don't know if you would be willing to share some of the nuts and bolts of how you make things work, but it might help others if you did. You don't need to get out the checkbook and share dollars and cents, but broad strokes might be useful.

Grandpa (Bryan-Grammy’s son) is married to Mimi she has 4 siblings only her sister Aunt Becky works on the farm but at times you see some family helping out like Ralph or cousin Kimberly stops by. We have a rule - if you’re a relative and breathing and we need help you’re helping.
