Such a fun fight! Grasso was holding her own on the feet, Val was winning grappeling exchanges but Grasso got back up, mostly. Also felt like Val was picking up speed… and then WHAM! Subbed.

the UFC is on fire right now! I thought it was odd that they were have the press conference for the next big event, but this is a fight night? Last year, this would have been a main event! It feels like we're getting huge fight nights since Sandhagen sold out that venue. Absolutely amazing sport.

I have zero issues with Mexico getting a belt but I personally feel if any country should have gotten a custom belt first, it should have been Brazil. They created this whole movement and they have had champions and fighters at the very top in every decade. You can argue who gets a belt after that.

That's crazy but a nice thing to do. The least they could have done was wait for her to defend the belt multiple times before doing so but it's still pretty cool.
alexa wins the standup just like last time, and even tho Val was doing better on the grappling, alexa subbed her in the end. people saying losing reenergized Val as if almost losing a split to Talia didnt wake her up enough.

There was a huge discrepancy in grappling striking was closer..the end was nice timing on grasso part..however leon edwRdz struggled with usman in the first especially with wrestling and we saw how the 2nd one went..who wants it more in the 4th ND 5th. It's usually the younger one but schevchenko is not the usual fighter..straight 50-50pickem
I wouldn't say huge, watch the 3rd round again, and pay attention to how that round ended (Grasso holding Val in a guillotine choke). Grasso also got out of a dangerous crucifix position in the 2nd round. "Discrepancy" is an overstatement.
