The best thing about these Dynamite reviews is that by the time they’re out, the next episode has already aired, and has managed the impossible, by being even worse.

But i mean now the actual attendance has been leaked from the show and of course Tony over stated the attendance by almost 10,000 but actual attendance was 72,265 which is AWESOME. I applauded AEW for the attendance.

With Vince's Scandal, Cody's burial on SmackDown Aew never even crossed my mind. WWE is in the news for all the wrong reasons.
What I can't figure out is, what crystal ball people are using to arrive at Cody being buried yet. Shouldn't we at least wait until the story is done before we jump? So odd. For years many people wanted Rock and Roman. It was endless. Now it's there and yet, people STILL whine. And that, with the story still not told. It's so bizarre to me. 🤨
@@Persephone715 "For years" doesn't mean it should be NOW. This is supposed to be Cody beating Roman for the WWE title and finishing his story at WrestleMania 40. Rock vs Roman should be done AFTER Reigns loses the title to Cody. This is Dwayne Johnson playing the Hulk Hogan 'creative control' card and forcing himself over Cody and taking his place on the main event. It's more than enough reason to be pissed off about it.

Yeah, that entire segment was just disappointing for a whole lot of reasons.
I feel like people are making a big deal out of nothing. The Roman/Rock thing definitely feels forced but Cody doesn’t take a hit.

Is it not obvious to you that this is a work? lol. It’s just a retelling of CM Punk’s exit with a different ending. Even Punk’s promo before the Rumble was the foreshadowing for it. His journey to win it at WM40 is predictable but it can at least have twists and turns on the way to make it interesting.

Being a big NJPW fan I've wondered what's next post-Okada, got hyped for TNA pushing Alexander, Moose, and the Guns while signing Ziggler, and WWE is just dominating the headlines right now in all the insane ways.

It still fascinates me how popular this promo is given it was done in TNA during the Hogan era.

Jim, Unlike AEW, the Bananas are selling out tickets in every town they go to. We tried to buy tickets for our local stadium and they sold out 6 months in advance
That Hook segment was BRUTAL!
The Joe/Hook segment was so bad, I turned the channel right there. I do not even know if anyone else seen it, but Joe either screwed up OR they fucked up because Joe looked up to the ramp before the music hit and Joe even kinda ended his speech like he was being interrupted before he was interrupted. No one saved this crap. Not even Joe, and Security Hook part was absolutely dumb. They go at him one at a time, Even in WWE with Goldberg. Lesnar or ANYTIME, When they do this is just DUMB! Lets try and make it APPEAR REAL!!!

It's almost sad how far off the radar AEW has been these last few weeks.
But for AEW they probably prefer it that way, "good, it's just us and our most loyal viewers now, we can do all the stuff we like without any of those bad faith fans judging us!"

You forgot one option for the tag belts. Remember you don’t have to be a champion to defend a belt (see Cole, Adam). So Darby could be the tag champions with guest partners.
This was actually done in the Florida territory where Terry Allen (pre Magnum days) and the Midnight Rider won the Florida tag belts but since Rider refused to unmask Allen became the tag champs and could pick his partner for each title defense (not one to replace Dustrider).

AEW in Savannah DEEP wrestling cut -- "we are in a cold, dark, almost a medicinal sort of space..."
These shows have entered new levels of boredom for me, wrestling with no story a good chunk of them, the crowd is just like whatever, the stories they are doing have no momentum, it’s literally watching an indie wrestling show. When you have the younger talents trying to leave, people like Ricky Starla talking about how no one will give him any good advice, and all their legends are there to have fun instead of doing anything for the company, it’s dead in the water. The best thing they have going for them is Samoa Joe and sadly one guy trying to take things seriously when none of his competitors or anyone else in the company will it doesn’t make any difference.
I bet Jim’s a big Knocked Loose fan, supporting his local hardcore scene🤘lol

ugh. lol. There are few of us here that don't care for them. The guy that owns them has finally gotten what he wanted from the team. Now they travel and only do a few games here. Cant get tickets to the sideshow anymore unless you want to pay $300 a ticket. Used to be $15

That was one of the reasons I assumed AEW was as good, or at least as competent, as it was hyped to be. They were drawing a lot of people and putting two more zeros behind it on television. In hindsight, that ratings drop should have told me all I needed to know. The hype was never that enticing, but enough to make me genuinely say good for your, I'll check it out some time.

I watched aew when they had one show.. it was ok nothing great but it was watchable... now it's pointless.... honestly been watching and enjoying TNA since rebrand to TNA.
