I will give you that decoys are a nice addition though. But that has nothing to do with what makes BF what it is. There are plenty of other toys like you know jets, attack and bomber choppers, unmanned drones that might as well be decoys- one of them which is mobile and has a huge scope glare to attract attention - in BF2042. Sure you might get a chopper to camp in- but you can just as well grabble-hook or climb onto a condor and snipe other aerial vehicles with rocket launchers or snipe out pilots of other vehicles. How much air competition is in COD again? When it comes to the combined-warfare aspect COD doesn't even reach BF's coattails.

Btw Habie, switch your killstreaks to scorestreaks- kills give the same amount in both, but scorestreaks allow assists, objective stuff, etc to add towards your killstreak scores. It's just a straight upgrade.

Play some DMZ bro. You can prox chat and meet enemies on the field and either talk to team up or just light each other up. It’s weird but gives the game a HUGE new sense of “wow this community is awesome”
This mode isnt over looked, it's been half the community for awhile. Well at least a huge chunk. This iteration is just that much better, and it feels so good. Like you said, the little things feel good. Great video :)
How? Explain it to me. In the original mw2 shepherd betrays you by shooting roach and ghost dead. And in mw2 (2022), shepherd is now magically back and no one (from your train of thought) cares that he had started a third world war, and now ghost and roach are just back from the dead? If I got anything wrong then please notify me but until that I feel sad and confused.

I've actually had no desire to pick up Modern Warfare II before watching this review, but now I want too. Enjoyed the first game and now the highlight of Habie doing ground war actually has me excited for it now.
Activision realizing they had an opportunity to corner the battlefield market and going all in is one of the dirtiest business moves I’ve ever seen and I love it
A lot more arcadey than BF, but it is a much more fun alternative to 2042. For now, the best way to get that pure battlefield experience is to go back to BF3,4 and 1. They still have a huge playerbase and those games are just so content-dense that you'll never run out of stuff to do.
I'm so glad so many other people have come to this conclusion as well. I want them to add squad spawning to invasion as well, cause that mode is pretty gun too. It just sucks when you're running in a party and you all spawn just... Wherever all over the map. Sorta defeats some of the cool coordination that could happen.

Buy it with a VPN proxy to another, cheaper country to get it from. I do that to buy Russian CD keys. Only thing you have to figure out is how to get to the settings and change the language to english

Really happy to see battlefield 1 make a comeback, it's my favorite by far in terms of gameplay and atmosphere. Seen some behind the scenes stuff for the game and they are very passionate about it. Definitely well deserved.
If your really into battlefield and are equally dissapointed in 2042 like the rest of us, I really recommend you try battlebit remastered. On the outside it seems like a Roblox esq shooter but after giving it a chance the gun play and gameplay are clean and crisp. Their having biweekly play tests on steam and the devs are handling the development process really well.
Im a hardcore battlefield fan because of the field weapons, vehicles and most of all because it is chaotic. It is has always been like that and if you can take advantage of the chaos as a destraction, you can pull of some sneaky stuff. Its a lot easier to be seen but rewarding when you pull something off. The destruction just makes the "war" feel more believable. When I play call of duty, it feels like im playing airsoft because bullets/projectiles cant break wooden walls.

Ground War has a great atmosphere and the explosions and vehicles I'd say are top notch, not quite a Battlefield game but definitely an improvement from their previous attempts.
The Devs of Battlefield 2042 have put in a lot of work to make the game feel more battlefield-ish. I recommend giving it another chance, imo it is the deffinitive "Only in Battlefield" game.

I think what ground war needs is more refined vehicles right now they just feel clunky and underpowered because anyone on foot can take you out with one drill charge and there is no way to repair them.
Honestly at first I thought the skyrim atomic big brain shout outs were weird and skipped them but now that I know the full context I will make sure to never skip that part ever again.
If you haven't yet, it's definitely the best feeling ever to play ground war on realism mode. It was the most incredible feeling when doing it on me 2019 and would be even better on this mw.
MW2(II) has - ammo crates, revive game modes, spotting drones, spotting throwables, squad spawns, team based objectives, transport vehicles, combat vehicles and spawn beacons. I was expecting to scream 'blasphemy!' when you played the BF theme over MW2(II) footage but it hit right. It'll be funny if they released a Operation Metro map and called it "Mission Subway" or a Wake Island map and called it "Island Strike" (please fucking do it IW)
I'd be more inclined to buy this is it wasn't randomly banning people for verifying their game files through the steam version. Happened to my friend on the first day of the beta, now he's banned from every modern cod game with a nice big ol' ban plastered on his steam account for all to see.

Nothing will ever be battlefield without destruction physics for everything.
I'd be more inclined to buy this is it wasn't randomly banning people for verifying their game files through the steam version. Happened to my friend on the first day of the beta, now he's banned from every modern cod game with a nice big ol' ban plastered on his steam account for all to see.

and vehicles
modern warfare just added cars
and bigger maps
aside from that, killstreaks are all the same
