Because the storyline is very convoluted with many paths, not like manga with a single story. Also, otome games are often niche and will only get an anime if popular enough. There's too much anime saturation too, so sometimes ideas just fall through to make way for the better things

四人の騎士ルートと特別偏･ユべール偏とあり、当時は余り意識してプレイしてなかったけど、改めてプレイするとレーヌと言う立場がどれ程辛い立場で重たい宿命を背負っているのか、が考えさせられるゲームでした。
