A few considerations on your deck. I pkay a lot with indians and i made some personal analysis
First at all, card thst you did not mentioned is Dravidian martial arts and gives a +15% on melee damage for every troop you have. It means three times the bonus given by shivajis tactics card. This also gives a big boost to the melee damage anti-cav from the sepoy at the early stage of the game. Sepoy + gurka and you defend very well. Just paying attention with storms of enemy skirmishers but deadly with cav civs
So i think that dravidian martial arts is a must.
Then another fundamental card is the Combat elephant. Indians have elephsnts, if you don't give them +15% hp and attack with this vard, you lose a lot of potential
Unfortunately this card does mot affect the war elephant sent with cards. So personally i do not advise to use the card to send war elephant cause they occupy a lot of population space and are much weaker than mahouts. They do not have high damagr and high hp at all. So better sending urumis instead (your pop cap is not infinite btw)
About urumis. I have played a lot with them and they are super effective and super strong ! They counter everything who can be a threat to your elephants !
They have some severe limits (or they would be OP), namely the fact that they deal range damage (as gurkas), they don't have cards improving their strenght really (just dravidian martial arts and shivajis tactics and the urumi mansbar make urumi with a tota damage of 41, while gurkas have several cards making them more powerful at the end, with a final attack of 34 and even better multipliers than urumis).
So yeah, urumis are lethal ! But the first line is better (according to me) if it has only mahouts + brahmin (and chance to stun + effect tk makd elephants faster; and even the Card dukka suffering to slow down the first line of cavalry or the infantry so you can micro better)
All this paragraph to say that urumis are lethal against aztecs overall. But in other battles they risk just to block the path to mahouts and to make them losing time, overall with civs using a lot of cavs, better killing light cav from far away with gurkas)
On economic cards:
Distributivism and foreign logging give a 3.6 trickle of wood. It means 216 wood per minute. It is important because - as you said - you gather wood even if you call villagers to the town center. But hinestly i prefer increasing the wood gather rate to cut all the trees of the map and making the gsme difficult for the enemy, while i rely on my 1300 infinite shipment of wood :)
In general my strategy is to build the consulate and sending portuguese, who decrease by 10% the cost of wood and food all the buildings and wonders ! Very interesting to age up cheaper !
And with mughal architecture i can also decrease furthermore the cost of wood in buildings and so i can spam houses, barracks, sacred fiekds and stables and even castles to make a lot of Exp to send other shipments. Then i switch to the british to get more Hp
Or another strategy in eco is to send the mango grove (the 3 wood fields) next to the karminata wonder and you gather wood uktra fast. Those are 15k wood, while the two trickle give 216 per minute, so 6500 in 30min and almost 13k in one hour of game.... i think that here all depends on how you play.
On eco i usually send all the 3 to gsther faster wpod + 1300 infinite wood
On the gold i have all the gold for plants + all the food for plants (+ karminats gather bonus). You gather a lot ! On water if you also use caravels to gather (+ cards if possible)... you have infinite gold too.i usually also send cards for stronger ships to play on water (against CPU only), with players it is not possible.
War elephants cost 0 population because they are Sufi natives.
Would love to see someone use the native upgrade cards in their deck. Although they are underpowered it would make for interesting gameplay. Never have I ever seen someone use that strategy online :)

Not sure I like your choice of Sepoy Resistance. Sure, it's a big swing in power, but the thing is, if you worked so hard to get a 99 villager economy, why would you throw it away? 99 Sepoys is a lot, to be sure, but all your opponent need do is spam units in their base to stave you off for long enough to run you out of cash. By definition, you've put yourself in a position where you need to win the game immediately, because your long-term prospects have dropped precipitously. Also, for some reason you didn't include one of India's strongest cards: Dravidian Martial Arts: All units gain 15% hand attack. Your urumis and your mahout lancers, two of your best units, if not two of the best units in the game, both benefit, as do your Sepoys when they're in melee with cavalry. Fantastic card.
