Can confirm, looking at the buff bar every clip. E does not seem to proc prowlers. Every time drut used kayn Q there was a prowlers buff that appeared and everytime prowlers actually dealt damage it went on cooldown in the item bar.

Duskblade procs only on abilities and 15% bonus missing can stack up to a lot. I think it really might end up being good even if untargetability doesn't matter that much for kayn.
