Kathy is such a great recipe creator and chef. She’s just amazing. I still have my Champion Juicer and my counter space is already filled with other machines right now. But I am so grateful that the experts here are playing full on with this new machine to demonstrate how we can prepare confections our WFPB Vegan community would prefer to eat. Considering that the creators of this machine was intending it to be used for dairy and egg based desserts, I am hold back on purchasing till experts like yourself, Kathy Hester and others in our world prove how to use this machine the way we use it without hurting the blades and the machine through wayward creation on our part. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for having Kathy instruct us. 👏👍💕
I just bought one yesterday at Costco for 99.00 dollars. This one came with 3 tubs. It was the last one. I froze mango, pinapple, vegan cream and vanilla, it was wonderful! I am going to love this machine.
This was soooooo much fun :D always love the shows with Kathy Hester, she's so delightful and talented, and two always have the best and loveliest chats :) thank you so very much
Pumpkin pie ice cream sounds great! You are starting a Ninja Creami revolution! I look forward to hearing how the sweet potato works in the Ninja Creami. Thank you Chef AJ and Kathy Hester for explaining the Ninja Creami more thoroughly and sharing recipes. Look forward to more:)
We got our ninja last year and are so happy others in the WFPB community have discovered it. We made ice cream with Japanese sweet potatoes and almond milk- it was so yummy, very smooth and a great base. One was chocolate and the other vanilla. We also purchased Kathy’s course and are looking forward to trying her recipes. Thank you both for all you do and for sharing so much information.
I love the creativity of both of you Chef AJ and Cathy coming up with fall ideas and combinations of things and savory vegetable creamy‘s and all the fruit creamy things. Vanilla is one of my favorites and it’s so interesting to hear about all the different bases like pair or milk or juice! Love the holiday ideas using the traditional desserts as ideas like pumpkin pie, apple pie, peppermint sweet potato or something.
I took the plunge! Found it on sale at BJ's for $119.99 and made scrumptious sorbet from fresh ripe pineapple. Thank you so much for the recommendation Chef AJ!
I am definitely going to try Chef Aj's dessert date shake in the Creami!!!! Great show ladies. I just about didn't buy Kathy's course because it was such an incredible deal with everything you put in it, that I was overwhelmed. I get anxiety when there is too much. I had to remind myself that I can use just a little at a time because your tips videos are short. I'm so glad I got the course. You are an amazing recipe developer and I love your presentations. Thank you Kathy. And thanks Chef Aj for another awesome show!
Paco Jet, my dream machine. Until then my Ninja Creami will suit me just fine. As one presenter pointed out, you can buy maybe 36 Ninja Creamis for the price of one Paco Jet.
Too bad it’s not available in my country. It’d be awesome w/ mungbeans ice cream. Out here in Indonesia, it is usually churn w/ coconut milk. Jackfruit & durian ice cream would also be awesome. No need to add additional sugar or cream for durian.
@@tessarosaliebrandt5793 you start by boiling or cooking the mung beans in a pressure cooker for 15-20min. Then if you have access to pandan leaf or extract it would smell & taste heavenly. Blend it all with a nob of ginger and either date or coconut sugar. Don’t forget to throw in the water you use to cook the beans too. Then simply churn it with a bit of coconut milk if you want. I make my coconut milk with young coconut flesh along with its water. It’s plenty sweet without adding sugar. Do keep in mind coconut milk is potent, a little goes a long way.
I'm going to make nut butters with my Nutramilk and then other ingredients; excited about this; I don't want the typical Nice cream - not using the bananas in all of the ice cream.
It's so weird, I just spent a half hour trying to find a healthy chocolate recipe for the creami. Many other flavors but not just a plain chocolate. Bummer also, I don't want to take Kathy's class (Price way to high) but might consider buying her ebook but I can't find it

lol, AJ! I have the Champion too! I made nice cream in it too, but mostly the grain grinder to make bread. Now, I use the Creami! LOVE it!
Great idea for a video on a hot day! I'm all ears when it comes to vegan treats!
I took the plunge! Found it on sale at BJ's for $119.99 and made scrumptious sorbet from fresh ripe pineapple. Thank you so much for the recommendation Chef AJ!
TY chef Aj & Kathy! I made one with the mashed flesh of 2 sapotes & a bit of soy milk - came out so creamy. I topped with cinnamon.
Yum!!!
Thanks!
Thank you!
Thanks so much! Can't wait to take your course!!!

I just got the Ninja Creami and came back to watch this episode. Definitely buying her e-book.
I picked up mine at Costco last Thursday. $139. Excited to use it with Kathy, I’ve already enrolled in her course.
GREAT video! Loved watching the two of you brainstorm ideas! I know what I want for Christmas 🎄 🍨😋
Mine is supposed to come tomorrow. So excited!
I got my Creamie at Kohls for $143 and it came with 3 pints. I got Kohl's cash too!
Chef AJ have you tried your recipe for Butterscotch pudding as an ice cream?
Hey, Kathy! How about a recipe for a butter beer flavored frozen treat?!?
She really knows about textures and flavors. Interesting to learn from. Impressive 👍🏼
This is so exciting!! I worked at a prep kitchen for a local vegan restaurant and we used the paco jet to make the ice cream there! It was so good!

Last week they sold it for 130$ with 3 pints at Costco in Seattle area
Hi ladies! I just bought mine from Costco for $40. Off at $139.99!!
I'm a little late to the game but just got my Creami today! Can you use fresh fruit?? I assume it has to be blended adequately??
I bought mine yesterday at Costco for 99.99

Ninja is now offering a deluxe Creami machine that has larger containers. It is approx. $250,00.
Got one; love it.
Is there a substitute for silken tofu in the chocolate ice cream recipe? Soy interferes with my thyroid meds.
I just got a 7 in 1 for. $143 at Bed Bath and Beyond on 12/29/22
Are 100% cacao bakers chocolate bar considered WFPB? is something processed out of the cacao bean in making the bars?
No, they are not
I got mine at Kohl's for $138 (and that included tax). I also got back Kohl's cash
are there any recipes for non-sugar versions?
these are non-sugar recipes
I did not get a book?
I always replace "cream cheese" with cashew cream
Too much talking not enough blending sorry
These would be soooo much better with bacon. But, then, everything is better with bacon.
Sad
How do we get on Kathy’s email
