Whether it’s because you took a long break from trading; had a string of losing trades, lost your edge in the markets, or blew your account, there will be times when you feel like you have to start from scratch or quit trading altogether.

Dividends are dope. Personally, I sometimes use my dividends to buy other dividend and growth stocks for diversification instead of reinvesting in the same stock. To each their own methods though. The good thing is that you’re investing in the first place and that’s what’s important. Salute for the content!

the best market strategy is to work with a credible investing coach. Since a while ago, I've been in touch with a coach, mostly because I lack the depth of understanding and mental toughness to deal with the ongoing market conditions. You lack the information necessary to succeed in a competitive market, not because you're doing anything wrong, but rather because of your lack of experience.

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or invest-ing co-ach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made over $350k in this recession influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was through a financial advisor.

Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

In every crisis, there is an opportunity," as the saying goes. The 2024 recession, while challenging, presents unique avenues to amass wealth. First, it's essential to remember Warren Buffet's advice: "Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful." During recessions, assets often undervalue. By investing wisely in stocks, real estate, or businesses during this downturn, you position yourself for significant returns during the economic recovery.

Hey, I would like to introduce to you geton.global site, it is slovenian staking company. You can buy from 50€ up, but I will tell you why better option is to buy from 2500€ up. Basicly the point is when you buy that new coins you can either wait for them to grow or give it into staking for 100 days where you get paid every day percentage and on the end of 100 days period you get amount which you give into staking back but in coins value of that day(you can then restake or wait for grow). So the thing is if you stake from 50 to 500 you get only 0,50% per day for 100 days, then 500 to 2499 you get 0,75% per day, then from 2500 to 9999 you get 1% per day, and then best option is staking 10000€+ for 1,25% per day( and ofcourse you get back what you staked on the end of 100 days period but in coins, example coming). So for example: you put into staking 5000€(which is amount of coins you buy, for example it is 1 coin equal 10 euros, you get 500 coins)then it starts 100 days period where you collect 1% money every day for 100 days, on the end of that period you got 5000€ collected and you also get back 5000€ in coins value of that day(for example if 1 coin is worth then 20 euros you get back 250 coins). Pretty simple and crazy. Also IMPORTANT thing is that you can wait before you stake it so the coin grows in price and you stake it then. I was waiting for something like that to be worth investing for very long. It is worth trying out I swear. The thing is you need invitation, which I can give you and I get a bit of commision from your deposit(so it is win for you to start earning and a win for me to get something). Try it out and start earning now guys. And a little tip if you decide to try it out: buy geton coin which is newest coin out there at this moment. So here is my invitation for you guys:

This is of course ideal and does not always works in this exact manner but in the long run it actually really works this way.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. The day I found out that the rich private school students were taught in school how to build and maintain an investment portfolio, with real money and real investments, was the day I realised just how different the world of rich people is to my own. We never learned anything remotely as useful as that regarding money or money management in public school.. at my public school we had a career advisor that was paid by the local technical college to push us all into trades, and that was the extent of any learning about money at our school..

I would challenge that they're all making $2,000 a month. I've started my journey, and have bought 10 rental properties in the last 3 years. Those properties average about $650 a month. Granted, I don't know where he invests, but I guarantee that they are bringing in at least 1% of the value of the house each month, otherwise the profit margins aren't there. I have learned, that cheaper houses have less desirable tenants, but higher end properties take longer to pay off. I use to really like watching the Morris Invest channel, and they reference Robert Kiyosaki multiple times. It's a shame how that family turned out. I never bought from them, because I didn't like how he always put down 'tire kickers.' I make informed decisions, and check out each property that I purchase, prior to purchasing. The Morris Invest guy always put that methodology down, now I know why...

Dividends are what got me into investing in the stock market. The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. Have over $600K in my portfolio as I bought a lot of dividend stocks before, I'm buying more now, and I will buy more when it drops further.

Keeping people curious is his strategy to get you to buy his books that’s his cash flows as well. But if you learn his strategy you too can use this to better yourself. So don’t think everything is negative. I was homeless for two years after my divorce. I lost everything including my credits. I used all my credit cards to pay for an attorney. I was literally sleeping on the street and in the canyon all while I was still working as Electronic technician. I worked with a debt consolidation company and it took me 3 years and 5 months to pay my debts off. Than I began rebuilding my credits by applying for credit cards. I didn’t care if the credit limits were low. Within 2 years I purchased my first property all while I was living in the streets and camping out in the canyons. I moved into the house and began to work on the property. After a year living in the house I refinance the property and pulled the equity out and purchased another house. I after repeating the purchase and move in the property for four years. I decided to purchase commercial properties. To this day I own 15 single family homes and 238 apartment buildings and three strip malls. The divorced I went through really taught me to be humble and patience. The home that my ex wife ,got because she never invest a single penny when I was married to her. She ended losing the house because she had to sell the house to support her so called boyfriend that she had an affairs with while she was married to me. We have one daughter together, now my daughter is asking me to get back with her mother and that her mother was really sorry for what she did to me. But I refused ,so my daughter stopped talking to me she’s an adult herself now. She’s hates me for not getting back with her mother. But my life experience has really taught me about money and marriage. This man Robert Kiyosaki is absolutely correct that we should not focus on money by working hard instead we should work smart.
