I can't say that I have a favorite. With the catalog he's produced so far, there's not a so-so song in it. But certainly high on the long list for me is the 7 Layers Sessions version of that song he wrote with Joy Williams - All Is Well. Beautiful acoustics in the church in Utrecht, Netherlands during his 2022 European tour, just him, his guitar and his natural resonance.

Thank you for highlighting Avi! I love it when people recognize his talent as a true musician. I had the privilege to see him in concert in ‘22. It was perfection! I look forward to seeing him in May. I’m also looking forward to his new e-album release next month. I really love his recent new releases, “Healing” and “Feel Alright”.
One of the best singer/songwriters working today. I think his work will last for generations. In my opinion, he is one of a number of musicians working out of the mainstream who will emerge in years to come as a new genre. I put Avi in with Chris Thile, Bella Fleck, Billy Strings ( his more contemporary work), the Punch Brothers , Tinariwen etc. Musicians who are deliberately integrating different genres and creating unexpected blends. I think it's why so many people say Avi has no specific genre. My hope is that he continues to build and expand on what he has done so far. I hope he continues to let his individuality lead him where it will and that his fans support him in this journey.
