That's the best roll if you're not using an arc super IMO. It gives it a .14 ads speed. But yeah on arc with elecap and precision instrument this will be juiced. 85 range and 85 handling is crazy for a 120. More handling than Sturm and my Rose I'm running now with a handling grip. You're damn lucky bro, I haven't got a single god roll of this or Compass Rose yet. And I've been grinding the damn bonfire and the bounties that give weapons with multiple perks. I keep getting way too many damn bows.

I got so lucky yesterday with this Hand Cannon. I got a🔥PvE god-roll drop (I main PvE, mostly solo) of Headstone AND Explosive Payload with Subsistence in the other column. I was getting nothing but mediocre rolls of 'Something New' all day until out of the blue this dropped and I almost shit when I saw the roll on it. An immediate no-think full enhancement.
It's still a 120 and you have to waste trait slots on bumping up stats to make it usable rather than getting fun or utility combos. 120s need a reload and handling buff across the board. They just feel so awful
I still hate this handcannon. We were so tired of seeing reused models, and as a slap to the face, they made an awful handcannon, with a reused model named "something new."
To each their own, but I'll never fully understand the "nothing but reused content" argument. It's a looter shooter. This is a problem virtually any looter shooter runs into, especially when you add more and more guns. To me, what matters is if they made some functionally new or different enough for buildcrafting, not if the gun uses an existing gun model.
Won’t out range igneous (just around 3 meters less) but on eli cap it will allow you to be a bit more aggressive on arc with great handling. Igneous will always be an outlier but that doesn’t mean other guns can’t duel it competitively.
I feel like igneous is in a league of its own vs other 120s so comparing any other 120 to it is kinda pointless. I would not be surprised if they eventually either buff all 120s (aside from igneous) in some way or nerf the stats on igneous to bring some balance between it and all the others.

My first something new drop (this solstice) was the god roll elemental capacitor, and explosive payload, with accurized rounds, and fluted barrel.
fluted, accurized, ec, pi range mw. You can run a void subclass for stability and fluted takes care of the handling
I got close to that roll, it has a stability mw though. Still feels really good.
