Thats completely normal happens all the time to me too What i do is i Shake it the opposite Way that the detail in the tray goes and then usually some turn the right Way! :)

@@beet311 There is a Hole on the top of the tweezer thing, and u stick the thing in the wax and then gently pick up the diamonds with the top
