- I mean, the icons, taskbar, and Bliss as the desktop background really gives away that this is Windows XP, what could go wrong?

This is somehow undistinguishable. I can't think it's Windows XP or Windows 10. The author done a great job on it, it looks close to XP. I liked to see this.
Yeah, this mod really just takes the transformation to a whole other level. Also with the upcoming Harmony Update, this mod will slowly getting undistinguishable from Windows XP

It's pretty much a Windows 10 mod but close enough to having Windows XP in 2023 or I can dual boot SteamOS and have Windows XP as my main Operating System how ever it wouldn't make sense because it's more classic if you used an old desktop for Windows XP which I would have to buy used from ebay.
Imagine a Windows 11 22H2 ISO that looks like Windows XP or Windows 7?

Windows XP has all the necessary programs for it to be a perfect operating system.
I am thinking to fully update xp with SP4 and posready updates till 2019 and then slipstream all the stripped down driver files from the laptop's motherboard drivers. It will save a lot of time and effort getting up the PC to work. This time i am thinking to use nlite because display driver has atleast 45 files. If it were just SATA driver, then integrating by hand would be a cakewalk.🤣🤣🤣 There are plethora of drivers for this crap laptop.
Remember me from the premier, saying that I wanted to install this? Well, im using this as my main OS now, and learned what NOT to do, so i dont brick the system. Its amazing, thank you for showing me this, Everything Windows! ^_^

I wonder if it's possible to keep my files after i intstall the mod or if it's fine to use on the main driver, i have a lot of things and would love to have the XP look back since i grew up with it, but i don't want to lose my files.
Same here with me. I'd also keep the Microsoft Store, Office and Microsoft Edge installed.

As of old themes, there are already many Windows XP themes ported to this mod. But for Windows Classic theme, it is still in works to be ported into this mod on the upcoming Harmony Update, so stay tune

This is actually based on an LTSC release, LTSC known to have a longer support. So if you want to have updated applications and stuff, this can be it.
