I would give night photos to OP as well. And I like true to life colors better than over saturated one, so I am let down by Honor since I was considering their phone.

That's how I feel. Just bought a Magic Pro 5 two days ago via ebay for 600€, waiting for it to arrive. I watched so many testvideos about S24 ultra, iphone 15 pro, vivo x100pro, xiaomi 14 pro, OP12, Oppo findx7 pro and came to the conclusion, they are all very good phones. But I don't want to spend so much money and still get a premium phone. Currently still rocking my Huawei mate 10 pro which I bought 6 years ago via ebay too for 420€. I like sticking to brands, if Huawei had google Services, I would have gotten the 60 Mate pro for sure. Honor is very similar to Huawei, so I am happy they keep producing good phones.
Ah the speakers and the mic arent that great. I hoped they would fix this this year but no, still didnt happened and the cam isnt as good as oppo/vivo.
Xiaomi's pictures looked a bit too bright, lower contrast than Honor. Honor sometimes too saturated but more eye pleasing. But when the video kicks in, it's the opposite. Xiaomi looks much better. Assume they need some software update
Honor had the best pictures in sharpness and colours. Cinematic Video also went to Honor6, the bokeh was realistic, it was creamy but not too much like the OP12 which kind of looked over the top and artificial. Normal video mode, Honor tends to be a bit to bright, Xiaomi looked really good here. Skin color was nailed by Honor the best too. Many forget, but getting good skin colours is even a difficult task for fullframe cameras, hence why some prefer Canon cameras and lenses. Overall the Honor wins, seems to be a very good flagship, well rounded. Maybe not as spectacular as the Honor magic5 Pro was when it came out, but better than its peers now in a sophisticated ways. Not to forget, it has IP68, has a lower price tag than Samsung or Apple and offers even more in some categories and has the flagship feel. OP12 is phenomenal for the price, but only IP65 gives me headaches, I ride the bike every day to work, also in rain and have 2 kids where I don't want to be afraid of it getting wet or falling in a bucket of water. Honor 6 looks really good. Thanks for your comparison! These are the three phones I really love the most.

Some pictures, like the selfie of the OP12, looked too pink/magenta. Some pictures of the OP12 and Xiaomi were really good. If you ever took pictures and graded them in lightroom, you would know what I am talking about. But after all, it is personal preference, and if you think Honor makes bad pictures, good for you, choose another phone to buy. No need to fight over it or be disrespectful, everybody can have his or her opinion, it's all good. After long thinking I decided to buy Honor magic 6 pro, because of the bigger battery, battery management chip and cheapest price. I need phone longterm like 4 years or more. I was thinking about oneplus 12 also since its have a lot of little features that I like but the camera is not that good, only color accuracy is best of all phojes because of Hasselblad partnership.

Xiaomi got beaten in everything. Oneplus 12 looks most well rounded to me, best video and most balanced colour temperature. Honor HDR is really good though, but too oversaturated.

Stop using these stands, it is just idiotic... Like you gonna over expose or under expose the left and right phone while middle is staying somewhat in focus because the light comes to the middle lens in right angle and to left and right in worse possible angle making them look bad.
Wtf!? All phones are turned to the same side and distance is no more than 15cm from the left one to the right. To make som problems for the cameras, object should be right in front of one of them, on like 30cm distance, so other two wouldn't have it at the centre of their focus. So only problems with it could happened while taking selfies or macro photos.... At all other situations doesn't make any difference where the camera are on that stand.
It is one of the best type of camera comparison. Those reviewer who don't do this you cant make sure they are being honest. People here like what he do.
