As Makanda Foundation and our blessed online friends, we managed to;
1. clear all Brightons' fee arrears, T1,T2,T3 ✔️
2. purchase him a new set of uniforms✔️
3. buy him a school bag, he had non✔️
4. buy him a pair of toughees leather school shoes ✔️
5. some shopping for the grandma ✔️
6. repair his grandmas' wheelchair ✔️
7. some little cash to them through grandma ✔️
His brother, Paul,
1. clear 2024 school fees✔️
2. paid 2024 meals and exams fees✔️
3. bought bag ✔️
4. the rest- on next visit, 〰️
For the best performance of Brighton, planned to get his grandmother a caretaker who will be doing 90% of the work at home that was being done by him. We have managbecause we expect Brighton in a boarding school beginning next yr.
We agreed on a monthly salary of Ksh. 4,500. Her duties shall be,
1. Fetching firewood and water
2. Cooking and cleaning
3. Checking on grandmas' well-being.
