I love the way the storage box turned out.

It doesn't take an arm and a leg in spending to make so many fabulous decor items for your home as long as you can look and something and choose to say I can make myself something similar. I love the flower arrangement with the rolled book pages. Reminds me of my grandmother. She used to make waste baskets from large ice cream(5 gallon) and rolled up magazine pages for the sides like you did. Thanks for the memory.

As always everything was so beautiful it took me forever to watch this video with the husband and the kids and the dogs and everything going on. But can I just say, that cutting board was absolutely gorgeous!! I will be cutting that out tonight with my jigsaw I am looking for ideas for Thanksgiving , table escape I think is what they call it. something really long to put down the table I want something nice and sturdy that I can just pick up and move. But I love the idea of the cutting board I will just get some of the plastic trays from DT in the wedding section and put food in that!! I just loved it so pretty so quick and easy!! I have promise you , I will make one tonight… Lol great video… :-)

You are sooo smart to be so young!!! Your tablecloth is amazing!! I’m old so when I was in high school the class where we learned to sew and cook was called “Home Ec.” I took 3 years of Home Ec but I wouldn’t dare attempt that tablecloth!! Good job!!

For the handle on the floral box.... maybe those decorative half-dome thumb tacks to give it the 'complete' nailed/screwed look. :) they come in black. I found some at *hobby lobby >.

I used to watch my grandma sew when I was a little girl. My mother-in-law taught me a couple of basic things when I first got my sewing machine and my mom pitches in with tips here and there. The rest is just me making it up as I go 🤣🤣🤣 thank you! 💕💕💕💕

I love the coffee bar and appreciate the tip from the "Latino Engineer" on what to do when don't have pencil.
You need a silicone finger tip to push ends into hot glue without burning your fingers!!!
You are a great seamstress. My sister is great at sewing also. Shelearned in home mechanicals in the late 1980's, when they last had the classes in our school. I can use a sewing machine and do simple repairs and simple crafts, but that is it. I lack the drive, or I am afraid of failure, but my sights were on becoming and Registered Nurse, and I did.

31:09 - have u had any problems with the chalk paint not adhering? I didn't see if you sanded your surface first. It seems as if this chalk paint sticks to everything! I would love to know if you have had issues with it not staying in place. I have a similar item of furniture that is shiny like your table & I would love to paint it with chalk paint xx
